This agency was excellent all through. From being courteous, honest and promptly responding to calls, and booking viewings, they were incredibly courteous and professional.
It is obvious that customer satisfaction is ingrained as one of their core values, seeing that they even called to provide an update that I was not selected for the property. I highly recommend their services for anyone seeking a reliable and considerate lettings agency.

It’s no secret that moving house can be a notoriously stressful experience. When our recent decision to purchase a house being marketed by Bell Watson became something of a complicated and drawn-out process, we feared it might become our most arduous property purchase to date. What we didn’t anticipate, however, was that we were about to discover the exemplary service offered by the fantastic team at the Brigg office.
Collette, who skilfully navigated us through every stage of the purchase process, proved to be genuinely adept at her job and we were able to benefit from her sensitive handling of what transpired to be an understandably delicate situation. Always professional and diplomatic, offering useful advice and keeping us informed at all times, her friendly reassurance throughout was absolutely priceless in supporting us through the experience, one which ultimately culminated in her successfully negotiating the perfect outcome for all involved!
Special thanks must also go to Lesley as her assistance was truly appreciated too.

We have been promised a valuation of out property, which we waited over two weeks for to get numbers back and after few chasing calls after these 2 weeks, they just said they won't do it for us as they are short of staff. We find this rather unprofessional. We will not sell with them. Disappointing.

Highly recommend Bell Watson, although they weren't our estate agent that were selling our property we bought our forever home through them. We had a long journey due to previous buyers pulling out so weren't even sure we'd still be able to buy the house we wanted. Thankfully our 3rd time lucky buyer came along and everything fell back into place. All the ladies in the office I spoke to at some point throughout the process and they were reassuring, friendly and bent over backwards to help when things got stressful.

Our former home was well photographed and marketed. We had not moved for 40 years and the process was new to us. We were not pushed into anything and generally sound advice was given. Our sale went through at a price we were happy with, when many others were failing in a difficult period, that was probably testamony to the property and to Bell Watson's efforts.
The process of moving is horrendous and needs reform nationally but Bell Watson and our local solicitors, both long established local practices got us through.

Never ever have I experienced a property sale alike the one I have just experienced with this company. Management belittling their clients is intolerable. I am a 58 year old woman so why this lady thought she could continuously speak to me as though I were a 12 year old child is incomprehensible. Vile attitude and not a way in which any one should be treated.
