Thank you so much Kayode - you went above and beyond to make sure it was the right property for me, as well as chasing the sellers when needed. Would recommend working with Kayode from seeing properties to getting to exchange/completion.

20th Apr 2026 (18 days ago)After being with a different agent for some time and feeling I was getting nowhere close to selling my property, I called Sarah Mains and switched over to them. Within a week I had numerous offers to choose from. On accepting the offer, the process has been very quick and smooth. I had regular updates from Sarah Mains and they were always on hand if I needed them for anything. The whole thing has took a small 12 weeks! I am so impressed with the speed of everything and grateful for the help to sell my home! Thank You

It's a waiting game for things to progress but I have every confidence in Sarah Mains staff.

Special mentions to the lady who turned up at viewings for us and also the lovely team answering the phones. Gina, i'm sure went above and beyond her duties to find information for me and keep me abreast of what was happening. If you are looking for an estate agent for either selling or buying Good Life have the friendliest team and honestly 5 stars is not enough.
16th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)Surprised at the level of disrespect I’ve been shown from next2buys staff. Today an agent decided to start bragging about “billing” people and taking one client to court. It was brought up as general conversation almost from what ever her name was. Directed at me which I found amusing to say the least. All very threatening behaviour and scaremongering talk. Strange way to do business and I’ve never experienced anyone who I haven’t met in person talking to me in such a way. I’ve requested a formal complaints form which I still haven’t recieved. A trivial manner has escalated with me receiving vulgar voicemails with childish bratty-like attitude. They seem to think they own my property the way they talk. But that’s all it is, talk. All with almost bullying behaviour which is the reason I write this review, this behaviour might upset a tenant or a landlord or particularly a first time buyer for example. Strange and unfriendly group of weird people who attempt to talk with authority over you, forgetting they definetly don’t! I have experienced friendly and helpful advice and relationships with other estate agents and I would recommend everyone reading this to do the same.

The staff were knowledgable and very experienced and the communication throughout was brilliant. They had the valuation, photographs and upload of our property turned round super quick, which helped with a very speedy sale of our home. Leanne, Olivia and their team were all fantastic acting and following up between me and my buyer. Thank you for making a stressful process hassle free!

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
