Tony was consistently available to answer the numerous questions that I had along the way. I really enjoyed all the interactions Tony and I had, and I genuinely appreciate all his hard work and lovely nature, which helped a great deal. They were thoughtful and respectful of our time and home. The photos for our property were fantastic and we had 3 offers to choose from. Clear communication helped us manage our expectations and now we’ve accepted an offer the process is going smoothly. I’d recommend this team to anyone in Liverpool looking to sell their property.

The sales team picked up after, keeping us up to date with viewings and the process for completion. A very smooth easy journey from beginning to end. I was initially very dubious about renting a property but after speaking to Sian, Kaitlyn & Owen of the Maghull branch I was soon put at ease. They explained everything in great detail to me and my family.

I would have no problem recommending the Crosby branch to sell or buy through. However… be warned that if you do use Entwistle Green they charge a seemingly extortionate inflated AML fee, well above what is charged by others such as solicitors to carry out these AML checks.

They kept us informed at every stage of the process and we never once had to chase for updates — communication was consistent and clear throughout. We always felt in the loop, and any questions we had were answered quickly and honestly. It really made a difference dealing with a team that genuinely stays in touch and manages everything properly. Highly recommend — a great service all round.

Mike went above and beyond. The Communication between us was fantastic and so reassuring. Choosing an estate agents and getting the right one is so important. I’m so glad I chose Leaders.

4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)Used to be a 5 star review and they at least pretended to care at one point. From 2021 to about 2023 any issues I had were taken seriously and resolved as soon as possible. However since late 2023 they've really fallen off. -Emails go unanswered for weeks if answered at all -It can take ages to get through to anyone on the phones. -More and more tenants of the building were low life druggies which made the once pretty pleasant place more undesirable to live in. I would stay far clear of renting any properties that these lot manage and I'm glad I've now left

They did respond to my request to reshoot some photos which was very helpful and unlike other agents I have used. Always friendly and after sales has been really good too.

4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)I have just recently accepted an offer on a house with North Wall Property and this is now proceeding, on the market and sold within a week - which is fantastic. I was apprehensive at 1st contacting estate agents as I had never done this process before but as soon as I met with Karlee to discuss my needs, it was clear to me that North Wall were very customer focused and Karlee was considerate of my needs as it has been a sentimental journey for me due to selling my late Mum & Dads house. Karlee revisited me to answer questions I had and talked me through the process and communicated very well with me. I felt comfortable with Karlee as she took time to hear my story with the property and showed an interest without being intrusive. It has been a much easier process by having block viewings done and I was lucky enough to have 9 offers from a weekends viewings, this has saved a lot of time and energy for all. Communication from the office has also been excellent along the way, particularly from Holly who has helped me with the offers and has been on hand to answer my questions. Laura also was very informative when I needed to know more about what to consider with the offers coming in. (A shout out to Mark the photographer also as he was very sensitive to my story and took time to chat and answer questions also - thanks Mark). As the house sale proceeds, I will do another review of the overall outcome - to inform others - as North Wall Property reviews were a useful tool for me when choosing what estate agent to meet with and use. Thank you for all of your help and support so far everyone!
