She has always responded in a timely and polite manner, both over phone and email, and has answered all the questions we have had. Ben was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful, he took the time to explain the area, transport links, and made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. Imogen and the team have been fantastic, we had a bit of a bumpy ride securing our rental property but were met with nothing but patience, warmth and kindness from all of the team. 28th Feb 2026 (18 days ago)From the minute David walked into my house to value it i knew I had chosen the perfect estate agent. He was professional, courteous, realistic and very reassuring. All the staff in the Arnold office also were a pleasure to work with . Kerry was reassuring , nothing was too much trouble, she returned calls and followed up on enquiries. I hadn't sold a property for over 25 years so I needed someone who would guide me and David James certainly did this . I would recommend them without hesitation. 12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)My son is currently a tenant in an HMO managed by Nicolas Humphreys, and the experience has been extremely poor. When he moved in, he submitted an inventory with photos highlighting numerous issues. More than 32 weeks later, despite repeated emails and phone calls, most of these issues remain unresolved. We have been told on several occasions that the repairs were completed and that proof would be provided, yet no evidence has ever been shared. There appears to be no accurate record of what work has been done, and no urgency to address the outstanding problems. Given that this is student accommodation, it feels as though the agency relies on young tenants not knowing what standards to expect. They have even attempted to shift blame onto me as guarantor, while asking an uninvolved student in the property to confirm what was outstanding. At present, seven emails remain unanswered without me having to chase for a reply, and multiple requests for a manager to call me back have been ignored. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise avoiding this agency. I last emailed them on 30 January with the full list of outstanding jobs, and there has still been no progress.

Billy was polite & very helpful. Since putting an offer in on the property we viewed he has been so productive and fast with every email I have sent. He now has passed us on to do the next step of the purchase, would recommend Watsons. Thank you Billy.

Buying a home can be stressful at the best of times, but the team kept everything moving smoothly and were always easy to deal with. A big shoutout to Kerry Thomas, who's been fantastic throughout. She was open and transparent throughout the whole process, kept me updated without me ever needing to chase, and was always happy to answer any questions. 10th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Initially we decided to use Leaders because of the enthusiasm of Lisa, who came out to do the appraisal. Once we had a buyer, the negotiation on price started. We advised Chloe of our minimum selling price, adding 'this is just between us'. Less than five minutes later, she came back to us, sounding pleased with herself and advising that the buyer would meet our minimum selling price. There didn't seem to have been much negotiation in those few short minutes. Maybe we should have made it clear that the minimum was just that; a minimum, not the price we wanted to sell at. Yvonne was our sales progressor and we were not impressed with her lack of contact. A couple of times we gave her information but got no reply to our emails. We were in contact with our solicitor regularly and Yvonne did chase information from the solicitor on one occasion that we had already been given by them. Overall, the sale went through very smoothly and quickly but we think that was more to do with our solicitor being very proactive and our contact and chasing of them. We have sold a number of properties over the years and Leaders sits somewhere in the middle of the agents we have used.
