1st May 2026 (7 days ago)William H Brown have managed my rental property really well over the last few years, and I’ve been so pleased with their service. Debbie in particular has been a fantastic property manager throughout. She’s always prompt with replies and ensuring things are being taken care of, and lets me know of any issues reported by the tenants immediately. She’s been incredibly helpful and proactive with things that need to be arranged (certifications etc), and organising contractors when needed, which has given me great peace of mind during the rental period. It really has been a seamless experience.

29th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)I can’t speak highly enough of Tony Cotterill. Initially supported a long time prior to going to market in a complexed situation without me ever committing to using them. There was never any pressure applied which was so important. Then was informative and supportive throughout and even after the sale, always willing to give non-biased, objective guidance to us, which is hugely rare in this field. Many thanks to Tony and the team and would definitely recommend.

She kept us well informed and went out of her way to make sure everything moved forward smoothly. Unfortunately, communication with some other members of the team was less consistent and it could sometimes be difficult to get updates, but Carol’s support and professionalism made a real difference and ensured everything was ultimately resolved.

14th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)We are selling our first home with Frank Innes Mapperley and they have been nothing but brilliant. We had several other agents provide us with valuations, Alice the branch manager was the most realistic and we’ve managed to sell within 4 weeks of being on the market. We did our own viewings and between all of the staff they organised our viewings so well so everything was plain sailing for us on the day. Ethan Bexon has been dealing with our sale from the first viewing through to negotiating a great price we were more than happy to accept. It really felt like Ethan was acting for us and not the buyer when negotiating. He has made selling completely stress free which is exactly what we needed. I’d highly recommend Frank Innes Mapperley – Thank you so much to all of you!

19th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)It’s definitely the best agency I’ve had. I’ve used quite a few across the country, from South to North, and this one stands out. They’re efficient, and the staff are always friendly and helpful, in special Kirsty . Whenever I report a problem in the house, they respond quickly and get it fixed straight away. We also have a cleaner every two weeks, and everything runs smoothly. When I first moved in, both the room and the house were spotless, quite and fully furnished with everything I needed. The whole letting process was straightforward and pleasant. I’m very happy overall. It’s just a shame they don’t have more agencies like this in Beeston.

In particular I would like to thank Marta for her professional approach to all the aspects of selling the property, in particular, keeping me informed, negotiating and finally selling the property. After the sale was completed, it was then passed over to kirsten, who overseas the completion of the sale, kirsten deals with the solicitors, on both sides which is quite a difficult task, once again very professional and kept me informed from start to finish, so thankyou once again Mr A Meakin

There were many hurdles to overcome due to a large chain but our contact Lucy (at the Kimberley office) was brilliant. She chased all the chains solicitors daily. She kept us in the loop (even when the news wasn’t great). Lucy didn’t hesitate to try everything she could to resolve the issues that were completely out of our control.
