On top of that , they were really personable and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service.

From the very first conversation, he took the time to understand what mattered to us and offered clear, honest guidance that immediately put us at ease. We received and accepted an offer after just five days and only the second viewing, which really shows the strength of their marketing and Gareth’s understanding of the local market. Communication was consistently brilliant, proactive, transparent and always reassuring, and we never once felt out of the loop. What stood out most was the trust Gareth built with us, working hard in our best interests at every stage, and that made the whole experience far smoother and more positive than we expected. We’re genuinely thankful for everything he and the team did, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Reades.

5th Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)Bought my first home used these for my mortgage advisors and honestly made the whole thing stress free for me, they was patient with me aswell as I was speaking to one of there workers for 6 years and he was so nice explained everything to me really well his name is Owen Eastwood I would recommend this place to anyone planning to buy a house and would give it a 10 star if I could because he made this journey so easy for me

Thank you guys! 2025 - Really impressed with the level of service from everyone at LMS Property. As a tenant, the renting process can often feel like a free-for-all, however at LMS this was not the case. I really felt valued and the approach is truly customer focused.

Sophie was amazing, she offered us some great advice and made sure the process ran soomthly throughout. I would 100% reccomend Keystone for your buying needs. They were all so lovely but a big shout out to Sophie who got us into our first home so quick!

15th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)I have recently rented out my home through Lesley Hooks with the help of Claire & Charlie! Something that i thought was a daunting experienced turned out to be stress free and easy because of these two! I was really nervous with it being my first time and they explained all the things i needed to get in place and guided me through every step. It felt easy having them explain it all to me, they had all the contacts for all the certificates i needed and advised me on the landlord insurer they recommend. Lesley came to my property to take the photos and she was lovely! Her knowledge and experience is amazing. Claire really made me feel like i was in safe hands as she managed all my viewings of the property and kept me updated. Finding a tenant with Claire really took away my concerns and anxiety about the whole situation and she really did help me find the perfect couple for my home! I cannot recommend the experience i've had with Lesley Hooks enough simply because of these girls! They made the experience comfortable & easy, nothing was too much hassle for them and i didn't feel stressed like i thought i would! I actually ended up enjoying the experience of becoming a landlord for the first time in the end and i don't think i would have if i didn't have their help and guidance. Thank you Claire & Charlie for all your help!

1st May 2026 (7 days ago)We are currently going through the conveyancing of our property and BJB have been brilliant throughout. You get a real sense of attention to detail and customer focus. From the start they have worked around us and supported. They have been ready to answer any questions and they are clear on what they will do to support you in selling your property. James was great when viewed and valued our property. He put real attention into getting the marketing right - and he's pretty handy with a camera! Paige looked after us from the day we went to market and was always available at the end of the phone when we needed her. She considered our needs for our next property worked with us at our pace to get everything in place. Her attention to detail is spot on and she goes above and beyond to keep you informed and updated. If you want to sell or buy a property, I would definitely recommend Butters John Bee in Nantwich.

17th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)They advertised the address of the property including house number, which is very unusual and we didnt want. It prompted someone who wanted to buy some our furniture to turn up at the door. They promise to get to your house early to ensure the house is warm enough and will bring props if needed - this hasnt happend. They don't appear to do accompanied viewings at a weekend. One of their staff told us that they didnt think a couple viewing could afford our house as they were too young - a mistake, and a bad attitude.

6th May 2026 (2 days ago)The process has been remarkably quick and efficient from receiving the Get Agent information on the 3-5 top performing local estate agents, to selecting our Personal Estate agent who has excellent knowledge of the local environment and current sales values. She supported our presentation of the home and her pre-publicity and social media "video teasers" were a highly useful marketing tool. We had received an offer before going to market due to her knowledge of local buyers. We did however wait to open market and have had an offer within 10days!
