After experiencing property from hell from another agency, the difference with Connells was night and day! Speedy, great communication, reassuring and super helpful and patient! So lovely to talk to over the phone, never felt like I was too much of a hassle! Super super friendly. Cannot recommend enough!

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent in Plymouth!- 27th Sep 2026 (30 days ago)We had to sell our dad’s house in order to pay for his care home fees after our mother passed away, as she had been his carer. So naturally, it wasn’t a great situation for us to be in.<br><br>We asked Connells to come and value the house so we could put it on the market. Sophie came out to the house knowing our situation and was professional, understanding and respectful throughout the whole process.<br><br>Connells found us a buyer very quickly. Although the buyer’s solicitors weren’t the fastest, Maddy kept us updated throughout and never seemed to mind me contacting her for updates.<br><br>Selling a house is always stressful, especially in circumstances like ours, but Connells made the whole process much easier and a lot less stressful than it could have been.<br><br>10 out of 10 in every aspect. I would definitely recommend them.

She was friendly, engaging and really easy to talk to, but most importantly actually listened and took the time to understand what I was looking for.<br><br>She explained the application process and fees really clearly, answered all my questions and followed up exactly when she said she would. Having been to quite a few viewings recently, that level of communication and genuine engagement really stood out.<br><br>A real credit to the agency and genuinely lovely to deal with. Thanks, Lara!

6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)I was very impressed with Millie and the team at Your Move, Plymouth. As well as finding a suitable tenant, they were able to provide several contractors who were available at the last minute. I will definitely be using the team for any future tenant searches.
13th May 2025 (1 year ago)The Fee was higher than shown on the Get Agent website as they have a minimum charge, which the website failed to display. The gents service was very efficient and I would recommend them
30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)We had a very positive experience with the agency throughout the whole process of renting a property for my mum, Oleksandra.<br><br>Amala, our estate agent, was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly helpful, friendly and supportive at every stage, always available when we had questions and very quick to respond. She was also extremely accommodating whenever we needed to make changes to dates or arrangements and always did her best to help.<br><br>The whole process was handled quickly, efficiently and professionally, and everything went smoothly and without any problems. We really appreciated the excellent communication and support from start to finish.<br><br>We are very happy with the service we received and would highly recommend the agency, especially Amala, to anyone looking for a reliable and helpful estate agent.<br><br>Thank you so much for making the whole experience so easy and stress-free!
7th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)After a difficult experience with another local estate agent, Bradley’s stepped in and guided me through the successful sale of my property. At one stage, it even looked like the sale might need to go through my previous agents, but Bradley’s continued to put my best interests first - offering honest advice that could have cost them their own commission. I can’t recommend Isaac, Kelly, and the entire Bradley’s team highly enough for their professionalism, integrity, and support throughout the process.

Was really easy to talk to and knew alot about the surrounding area.<br>Cant reccomend them enough and should we decide to move on, Fulfords St Budeaux would be our 1st call.<br><br>Thank you to James and the team for making the move really smooth and being supportive.

She also gave me practical advice about things I could arrange in advance, which helped enormously when everything became stressful and uncertain.<br>What meant the most was feeling that she was genuinely involved and genuinely wanted to help. I never felt that she was simply passing information from one person to another. She listened, understood the situation and actively tried to move things forward.<br>There were times when simply receiving a call from Carolina and knowing that somebody was actually looking into things made the whole situation feel much more manageable.<br>She combines professionalism and efficiency with genuine kindness and human understanding, and that is something you don’t forget.<br><br>I’m incredibly grateful to both Gemma and Carolina. I knew nothing about estate agents or the value of my mothers property but our daughter had recently bought a house via Mayers and said that they were good. We looked up and down the street and out of 5 estate agent boards that were visible 4 were from Mayers. So, with 1 personal recommendation and 80% silent recommendations we decided to go with Mayers. We weren't disappointed. As an aside, during the selling process we had reason to meet our buyers. They also had nothing but praise for Mayers.
