Every week until I received keys she would call and give updates chasing solicitors from both sides. I would say it was Tabby who managed to get me the keys a little earlier! Absolutely brilliant service from the team dealing with our persistent calling and questions as this was our first time selling and buying. I think I visited the house 4 or 5 times before closing, and they never made me feel like a nuisance. Every query was dealt with promptly and always in a friendly and professional manner.

They went above and beyond to get the viewers in to look at the property and tried their best to advertise the house in the best way possible. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!
