However frustrating the transaction became at times she was always on hand pushing to ensure we got the right result. Even if it became annoying on occasion her persistence definitely paid off!

Jamie helped navigate a difficult experience with surveyors and solicitors with humour and expertise. Nothing was too much trouble for the whole team in Liskeard. From the very beginning, the process was smooth, transparent and handled with real professionalism. Her extensive knowledge and great relationship with the landlord was reassuring. Communication was always prompt and clear, and we felt fully supported at every stage. Although our circumstances unexpectedly changed at the last minute, Lyndsey was understanding and had been incredibly helpful throughout. We genuinely appreciated the time, effort and care that went into helping us secure the property. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to rent, a seamless and reassuring experience from start to finish.

He delivered the best deal for us as vendors in a challenging and competitive market.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

They did respond to my request to reshoot some photos which was very helpful and unlike other agents I have used. Always friendly and after sales has been really good too.

All staff at Holsworthy office were always polite and kept us well informed as things progressed. Ann who works doing the viewings had a great local knowledge which really helped with potential buyers along with her pleasant personalty.
