We didn't regret the decision, Richard Kendal were professional from start to finish and our account manager Liz was fantastic! Always at the other end of the phone with advice when we needed it and kept us informed right the way through with any updates. She also kept things moving along with all parties involved including solicitors so we didn't have to.

Megan Naylor was handling our case and was very patient with us and our 6 month process, due to the first property we was looking to purchase falling through and us finding our new home. Megan helped us all the way answering any questions we had and helped chasing things up when solicitors went quiet. Absolutely brilliant service from the team dealing with our persistent calling and questions as this was our first time selling and buying. We would definitely recommend using William H Brown and if you get Megan to deal with your case, you will be in safe hands. Thank you again, very much appreciated

They were responsive, professional, and made everything feel much less stressful. I’d happily use them again and recommend them to anyone moving into a new place ??????
7th Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)This was my first time searching for and viewing rental properties on my own, so I was a little nervous about the process. Within minutes of making an enquiry about a flat I liked, Tomas replied and arranged a viewing for me within a few days. He was very friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the viewing. He also showed me other similar properties, gave me time to make a decision, and sent everything over quickly once I was ready to proceed with the contract. I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received from Tomas at Parklane Properties and would definitely consider using Parklane again in the future.

5th Jan 2026 (18 weeks ago)I would recommend everyone to avoid this ‘letting agency’. At the end of my tenancy, the communication was extremely poor, they did not inform the landlord of key information and threatened me with deductions from my deposit. It took over a month to receive any information about the deposit (despite chasing) and when I finally received a response, the deductions were laughable. A £200 cleaning fee despite the property being in a better state than when I moved in. A charge for late return of keys despite no incoming tenants and the extra days being agreed by the landlord. I questioned this and asked for evidence of cleaning invoices etc; I never got a response. I had to open a dispute with the DPS to get my money back, funnily enough they managed to respond to that. Overall a terrible and hugely stressful experience which I did not appreciate when moving house.

She was quick to reply, patient and kind throughout it all. Rebecca was excellent at finding answers to any questions we had and it was seamless communication between us and the sellers. We couldn’t have picked a better estate agents to go through. It made a very stressful process so much easier. We are so grateful!
25th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Martin and co manage the property next door to mine which is noisy and overcrowded- noise from the house including slamming doors, shouting and taxis coming and going at all hours upsets both myself and other neighbours on the street. I have complained to Martin and co numerous times but they have failed to deal with the issue.

Communication was brilliant and I feel genuinely lucky as to how stress free my experience has been. Thank you!!- 22nd Apr 2026 (16 days ago)I’ve never dealt with a worse estate agent. Moving from Cornwall to York, I trusted them not to take advantage of me, given that I couldn’t see the property in person before renting it. What I was greeted by was scarcely believable, as you can see from the photos. They routinely ignored me when I asked to have things fixed, and lied to me when I asked them to contact the landlord, stating they had contacted them when they hadn’t. Use Ashtons instead. They were exemplary when I used them instead. My old landlord has even left Bridgfords to take his business to Ashtons as well. Pathetic, shameless company. Avoid.
