She was warm, welcoming and answered all my questions clearly and promptly, and was an all round pleasure to speak to. 11th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Recently viewed a property for sale. The estate agent made us feel very awkward by following us round everywhere. When we asked very basic and common questions such as 'how old is the boiler?' we were met with 'I don't know, I just do the viewings'. I even emailed some questions to them 7 days ago and had no reply. It may not matter to them, but when I'm potentially making the biggest purchase of my life, it's important that basic questions are answered so I can make these big financial decisions. If they handle viewings in this poor way, I dread to think how they handle the whole buying/selling process!- 13th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Harrison and Martin are very nice their phone manor is incredible so polite and patient as I got the incorrect address highly recommended

Hayley was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining everything I needed to know. I would definitely recommend the purple property shop great service.

7th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)Vastly over valued the property. Even with a reduction, the asking price was to high resulting in no viewings. The property was taken down for no reason. We had to travel to the office to get any answers as nobody answers the phone and you can't leave a message as the mailbox is full. Nobody could tell us what had happened, but a few local houses were also removed from Rightmove for no reason, took a week to get them back online....and then it happened again a few weeks later.We actually had someone knock on the door as they had spent three days trying to arrange a viewing, but as nobody answers the phone and you can't leave a message.....nothing ever gets done.

Mike went above and beyond. The Communication between us was fantastic and so reassuring. Choosing an estate agents and getting the right one is so important. I’m so glad I chose Leaders.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
