Ocean was thorough, patient, and always took the time to clearly answer all of my questions and concerns. She kept me well informed throughout and made the whole process much easier and less stressful. Communication was professional and efficient from start to finish. Even when I arrived at the viewing late, she was still all smiles, gracious, and patient — which made a great impression on me. This was my first EVER experience like this with a property agent. I would happily recommend both Entwistle Lettings and Ocean Warwick to others.

After a difficult experience with a previous estate agent who lacked professionalism, working with them was a breath of fresh air. From start to finish, they were supportive, responsive, and incredibly efficient. They kept everything moving smoothly and made what is usually a stressful process feel so much more manageable. Their communication was excellent, always keeping us updated and reassuring us every step of the way. She will go the extra mile to get answers to any questions you have as quickly as possible and she was a huge support in the final months leading up to completion. We had a long process in purchasing the property due to the legal aspect, but Claire kept us updated each week which was so reassuring and also helped us stay sane !!! I can't recommend Price&Co enough. Thank you for being with us on this Journey and helping us through to the end ??

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Harrison was very professional and provided honest information. Harrison followed up as agreed and proposed a new house for us to visit. I would recommend Harrison for his customer service.
