Their staff are personable, professional, and genuinely keen to help. Recently, when my landlord decided to sell their property, the team at Murray & Currie were very supportive and made what could have been a stressful transition much more manageable. I truly appreciate their help and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and caring letting agency.

His knowledge of the market is top class and in the end the price I got for the sale was right at the top end of what he predicted. The team in the office - Sophie and Ellenor - were super friendly, helpful and efficient. They couldn't have done more throughout the viewing process. My property advert went live and within an hour I had viewings booked in. They gave great advice through the process and helped me achieve a quick sale at the price I had been hoping for. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone selling their home.

They marketed our property professionally, kept us well informed throughout, and handled negotiations smoothly. The whole process felt well managed and far less stressful than we expected. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
