17th Mar 2026 (1 day ago)We experienced an 8 week delay in getting our property live on site and once it was live the description was incorrect and very brief. We received very minimal communication throughout the 16 weeks and no updates provided without prompting from our side. We received no interest or viewings on our property and received no guidance or advice on how we could potentially improve this. Would not recommend for city centre properties or anyone trying to sell their property with a quick turnaround.

She was always quick and easy to reach on the phone and responded promptly to any email queries we had. Throughout the process she kept us informed, talked us through each step, and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. We also really appreciated how much of the process could be completed digitally - signing documents and submitting forms online made everything much more convenient. Overall, the whole experience was smooth and efficient, and we’re very grateful for Jevita’s help in securing our new home. Thank you!

Olivia Allen our property manager provided us with a most efficient and professional service when our tenants moved out and she was proactive in advertising our property and coordinated seamlessly the process of onboarding our new tenants. Above all, Cowell Norford were proactive in helping us. Keeping us informed of upcoming properties, arranging viewings for us before houses hit the market and keeping communication open throughout. Massive thanks to Craig, Amy and Christina who were all vital in helping us secure our dream house. I have already recommended them to friends who are thinking of selling.
