- 8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)When we decided to sell our property, I reached out to all the usual high-street agents in the area. Tom at KFH immediately stood out. He understood the value of our property, our circumstances and our goals for the sale. His knowledge of the detail and effort that went into the property was far superior than any other agent we talked to.<br><br>We initially tested the property off-market and achieved an offer above the asking price. Unfortunately, that sale fell through due to the collapse of the chain, which was entirely outside the agent’s control.<br><br>When we came back to the market, the economical landscape had shifted somewhat, but KFH continued to generate a consistent level of viewings and interest.<br><br>We have just exchanged contracts following what was an incredibly tedious and, at times, hair-pulling conveyancing process. Daneisha at KFH was instrumental in getting the sale over the line. She went above and beyond, including working well outside normal office hours, to keep everyone moving and make sure the sale didn’t collapse.<br><br>I would thoroughly recommend KFH. Tom and Daneisha were excellent throughout, and their level of commitment and communication really stood out from the other agents we dealt with.
12th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)I booked a property viewing that was scheduled with Mia from Gibbs Gillespie, Harrow Sales, on 10 October 2026 at 12:00 pm for a property on Chatsworth Gardens, Harrow, Middlesex. On the day of the appointment, I encountered unexpected traffic delays and telephoned the Gibbs Gillespie office to advise that I would be approximately six minutes late. I made this call as a courtesy and to ensure that the viewing could still proceed as planned. At no point during this call was I informed that there would be any issue with the appointment. I arrived at the property at approximately 12:06 pm, only to find that Mia was not present. After waiting outside the property, I contacted the office again and was informed that my viewing had been cancelled and that Mia had already left. I was extremely concerned and disappointed to learn that the viewing had been cancelled without any prior notice. Given that I had proactively contacted the office to advise of my slight delay, I would have expected to be informed if the appointment could no longer proceed. I therefore asked why I had not been notified of the cancellation. Unfortunately, the member of staff I spoke to did not provide an explanation and instead terminated the call abruptly. I find this level of service wholly unacceptable. Not only was my appointment cancelled without notice despite my efforts to keep the office informed, but the manner in which my enquiry was subsequently handled was both unprofessional and discourteous. As a prospective buyer, I would expect a significantly higher standard of customer service from a reputable estate agency.

He was quick to respond, easy to deal with and made the whole process much less stressful. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking to rent.

My agent was responsive and helpful at first, but after I declined to make an offer on a property I couldn't view (the current tenants weren't allowing tours), he stopped replying entirely. I followed up several times over a few weeks and never heard back. That was disappointing, especially since I've had much better experiences with Foxtons branches elsewhere in London.
