She really listened to what I was looking for, kept me updated throughout, and went above and beyond to find me a great property at a very good value. Her professionalism, honesty, and friendly approach made a huge difference, and I felt supported and well-informed. I couldn’t recommend Chelsee highly enough to anyone looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares and delivers excellent results.

Hayley was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining everything I needed to know. I would definitely recommend the purple property shop great service.
2nd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)We had a valuation done on our home. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the valuer. The packages blundells had available sounded great. Unfortunately we decided not to sell our house. However we have still decided to use blundells for our mortgage. Micheal has been extremely helpful and factual and patient when it has come to us making our decisions. The lady who helped arrange the valuation I think her name was sarah? Nothing was ever to much trouble for her and any queries were dealt with straight away. The property was tenanted within the first few days of viewings. Thank you Charlie ?????

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
7th May 2024 (1 year ago)I had a pleasant stay throughout the year and 6 months plus,from the moment I stepped in their offices I met one agent namely muktah,he was very helpful,a very kind man who knows how to communicate with people,if u have issues he will always be there to help,in life u can never predict ur future,sometimes u hit rock bottom and if u don't have an agent who undestands your struggles you'll definitely have a rough time in the property,i recommend Hallam Hills to a friend whose looking for a place to stay,ask for muktah when u step in their offices you'll never regret it,he's the best of the best ????.
11th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Absolutely fantastic! From the time Kelly came to do the valuation , take the photos to the board going up, the process was slick, professional and without intrusion. My house sold within 3 days. I have moved house many times but never have I encountered such a professional outfit. Informed on progress every step the way .These girls were professional, polite, and very supportive during this stressful. time. What a team ! All this without excessive fees too . What do they say about Estate Agents? Not in this case!! Thank you very much Bell & Co. Sue and Lottie.

He explained every step of the process and guided me throughout which was a real help being a first time investor. What struck me the most was his attentiveness and attention to detail. 10th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Initially we decided to use Leaders because of the enthusiasm of Lisa, who came out to do the appraisal. Once we had a buyer, the negotiation on price started. We advised Chloe of our minimum selling price, adding 'this is just between us'. Less than five minutes later, she came back to us, sounding pleased with herself and advising that the buyer would meet our minimum selling price. There didn't seem to have been much negotiation in those few short minutes. Maybe we should have made it clear that the minimum was just that; a minimum, not the price we wanted to sell at. Yvonne was our sales progressor and we were not impressed with her lack of contact. A couple of times we gave her information but got no reply to our emails. We were in contact with our solicitor regularly and Yvonne did chase information from the solicitor on one occasion that we had already been given by them. Overall, the sale went through very smoothly and quickly but we think that was more to do with our solicitor being very proactive and our contact and chasing of them. We have sold a number of properties over the years and Leaders sits somewhere in the middle of the agents we have used.
