While I have generally found your services helpful, I am increasingly disappointed with the lack of timely response and action regarding reported maintenance issues recently . Although damages are acknowledged when reported, there appears to be little to no follow-through in arranging necessary repairs. This ongoing lack of resolution is both frustrating and concerning.

Jodie and her team was very quick , efficient, friendly and helpful whenever a issue or question i contacted them with. Each time a solution or engineer was sent to fix any problems that occurred quickly and with constant communication with updates. To all at Bentons melton mowbray branch i Thank-you all very much. Always took the time to make sure I fully understood my options. I felt completely supported throughout. Having worked with a previous mortgage advisor before, I can confidently say that Abigail was far better in every way. He kept us posted on all updates and went above and beyond to help the process run smoothly.Regular phone calls between us both which he never failed to answer. Don’t think I’d have managed without his help .A massive thank you to you .

From day one, right through to completion, she was supportive, approachable, and always on hand. Anne’s communication made the whole process feel smooth and manageable on the purchase side. She always responded quickly to emails, answered calls straight away, and worked hard to negotiate a price that both we and the seller were happy with. We’re so grateful for all her help!

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

They made it really easy for us to get the place in the first place, and whenever there’s been a small issue with the house, they always send someone out pretty quickly to get it fixed. Definitely recommend them if you're looking for a rental.

Everything was handled smoothly from viewing to keys handover and communication was always clear and prompt.
