Chris has been brilliant - really responsive to our queries, outlining the steps of the process clearly, and made the whole process swift and smooth. The entire team have been really friendly and welcoming, and as a tenant it's nice to know you're with a letting agency you can trust.

From the initial valuation visit through to completion they were very professional, always easy to get in touch with via phone or email . Special mention must go to Niomi who kept me updated throughout the sales process. A highly recommended company if you're looking to sell your property.

She went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth and stress free. I would highly recommend them to anyone selling their home.

1st May 2026 (7 days ago)I would like to take the opportunity of thanking the staff of Tristrams Estate and letting for the sale of my property. In particular I would like to thank Marta for her professional approach to all the aspects of selling the property, in particular, keeping me informed, negotiating and finally selling the property. After the sale was completed, it was then passed over to kirsten, who overseas the completion of the sale, kirsten deals with the solicitors, on both sides which is quite a difficult task, once again very professional and kept me informed from start to finish, so thankyou once again Mr A Meakin
14th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)I have been renting out a property in Leicester through Readings for many years, and have recently sold the property. I have found their rentals department to be extremely efficient, fast to act, and very reliable when it comes to solving any problems with the property that might have arisen from time to time. They have also shown themselves to be very reliable when it came to selling the property. If you are looking for an excellent managing agent, and a conscientious estate agent, then I can highly recommend Readings.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

They were a completely professional team of people throughout the entirety of both processes, whether it be lettings or sales. They efficiently dealt with any queries and were quick to update me. Thank you for all of your help!

They were all very helpful and the friendly and professional way in which they handled everything was great. I have no hesitation in recommending Fraser Stretton to anyone wanting to sell a property.

1st May 2026 (7 days ago)I cannot recommend Jowett & Stone highly enough. My parents had lived in their house for 50 plus years and so were daunted at the prospect of down-sizing. Adam, Karen and Philippa went above and beyond to help my parents get through the process and this finally completed last week. Thank you all so much for all your hard work in bringing this to a successful conclusion.
6th May 2026 (2 days ago)I was incredibly disappointed by Your Move Hinckley. It was quite clear that they considered the landlord a higher priority than tenants. Throughout my tenancy, I found the quality and timeliness of communication to be poor. There are plenty of examples that I could draw on. For example, when a brown fluid was leaking out in our bathroom, Your Move determined that fixing it was not a priority. At this time, we were told that a lack of heating in winter would be a priority. However, when our boiler failed that December, we were advised that we were still not a priority. The end of our tenancy was a shambles. They failed to confirm receipt of our keys and were sluggish to return our deposit. It felt like we were being passed between teams, none of whom were keen to help. 2nd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)If you've always dreamed of being an estate agent yourself, then go with connells. They'll gladly make you do all the work and charge you for the privilege. In between trying to swindle us to use their zero deposit scheme, conveniently owned by the same parent company, and seemingly always being "out on viewings" I wonder how they find the time to reply to our emails after the the 4th time of asking. Landlords for the love of god just use openrent instead and save yourself £££.- 7th May 2026 (1 day ago)Fantastic experience with Connells, no over selling clear instruction and really pleasant people to deal with. After not getting very far with another agency we switched to Connells and the house took off. Over all BRILLIANT
