5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)I had quite a good experience with Amber from Connells. She is very personable and she works diligently to solve issues. Unfortunately I didn’t get all the keys required to move into my new property. At first they said they would get me the fob for my completion date, then they said they didn’t have it. In addition to the aforementioned, connells advertised the property had a safety document they didn’t possess. I can’t say they’ve been perfect but they’ve tried to rectify issues to the best of their ability.

Saqib and Oliver have been exceptionally supportive from Day 1 , they explained the terms and contract clearly and guided us through every step of the process to ensure all the documents and preparations required for letting our flat were satisfied. They really made our experience less complex and stress free. We were also very impressed with how well they advertised our property. The marketing was outstanding and as a result we secured a tenant on the very first day of viewing.?????????????????? We highly recommend Burchell Edwards Letting agency for anyone looking for a responsive, efficient and professional team.??????

I went to view a lovely apartment which i fell in love with. I had the pleasure of been introduced to Amrit who was so lovely. I explained my situation to her and she was so understanding and caring. I cannot say a singke bad word about this girl. From start to finish she supported me through the entire process, which i may add was very simple and straight forward. Thankyou everyone at empire lettings. 20/10. Absolutely recommend.

He gave a realistic price to market the house at, rather than hyper-inflating it to flatter us and gain our business. I actually chose Oakmans over other agents mostly based on my feeling that he was trustworthy and would do his best to sell our property.

She took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail, answered my questions and made the whole process feel straightforward and reassuring.<br><br>Jilly has also conducted a number of the viewings at my property and the service she provides is excellent. She is knowledgeable, engaging and takes the time to explain the property properly to potential buyers, which is exactly what you would hope for from an estate agent representing your home.<br><br>Whilst my experience with Oakmans as a whole has not always been as consistent, Jilly has been superb throughout and is a real credit to the company. If you are considering selling with Oakmans, I would strongly recommend asking for Jilly.

I have been speaking to Hannah and Callum and they have been very informative and polite throughout whereas the other estate agents have been difficult to work with. Hannah and Callum have been very responsive and patient and I really hope I am able to find a property soon!
