16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Amazing reception and customer service by Skye. We went to view a house with our kids and they felt welcome. Hoping this would be our new home.
6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Everything was done professionally from Beverly doing the selling which I was kept informed at every viewing to Lucy who kept me informed at every stage after it was sold. I would definitely recommend Paul Carr estate agents to anyone selling there property.
Once again a big thank you to Beverly and Lucy for you help.
30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)We contacted this agency about a property around two weeks ago. They asked us for a lot of personal and financial information in order to arrange a viewing. We provided everything they requested, but unfortunately, nobody came back to us.
I also tried contacting them a couple of times afterwards, but there was no answer and no one returned our calls. The communication has been very poor, and the whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing.
We expected a more professional and reliable service. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend this agency.

25th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I would like to say a massive thank you to Carys, my mortgage broker, for all her hard work, professionalism and support throughout my home-buying journey.

From the very beginning, Carys was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, responsive and professional. She took the time to understand my circumstances, kept me informed throughout the process and was always available whenever I had questions or needed advice.

The mortgage process became particularly challenging when my first mortgage application was unfortunately declined, but Carys did not give up or leave me to deal with it myself. She immediately got back on it, looked at alternative options, guided me through what needed to be done and worked hard to find another suitable lender. She kept me updated throughout and continued pushing things forward, even when the situation became stressful and time-sensitive.

Her communication and dedication were excellent, and I always felt that she was genuinely working in my best interests and doing everything she could to get things sorted.

Thanks to Carys’ hard work and persistence, I was able to secure my mortgage offer and move forward with my property purchase.

I genuinely cannot thank Carys enough for everything she did. If you are looking for a mortgage broker who is professional, reliable, hardworking and genuinely cares about helping her clients, I would highly recommend Carys.

Purple Frog Property Limited - Birmingham
189 Dawlish Road,Bournbrook,Birmingham, B29 7AW(666 reviews)
15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)I was very fortunate that I instructed Purple Frog for the sale of my property. Nadine Bevis was the sales manager who managed the whole process very professionally, from beginning to end. I was always able to contact her when I needed to. Nothing was too much trouble, and she gave me plenty of time on the phone to answer my questions. She was reliable, knowledgeable, efficient and kept me updated and well informed, every step of the way. She worked tirelessly to get my sale to completion for which I am extremely thankful. I would not hesitate to instruct her as my agent in the future.
16th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)After a few little hiccups at the start they were actually brilliant …Adam Tom and other Tom were actually excellent ..include Gracie at the end too!! Stressful isn’t the word ..I’d never wanna do it again but yeah ..we got there in the end and I’m very happy !
25th Oct 2026 (2 days ago)I thought I should update my initial review based on my experience.

Objectively, the property management team has been quite disappointing in terms of communication. Several emails, including those sent during my tenancy, went unanswered. On one occasion, they promised to resolve an outstanding request within a specified timeframe but failed to do so. Repeated telephone calls also went unanswered.

Overall, my experience with their responsiveness and fulfilment of commitments has been far from satisfactory.
11th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)Tom was a really nice guy. His team booking in viewings were really poor. They would book in viewings without even liaising with us which meant bookings got cancelled and prospective buyers annoyed and frustrated. Removed from market with Oakmans due to the amount of viewings we have was very small. Never received feedback after viewings.
20th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)My experience was amazing, all staff are very friendly, Gin was very supportive thoughtout the process of our first home purchase. Gin kept me updated and offered help throughout the process.

19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)We recently sold our property through Oakman, and we're very pleased with the service we received throughout the whole process.

From accepting the offer in June to finally completing in October, the team has been very helpful, responsive and professional.

Selling a property is never completely straightforward, especially when there is a chain involved. We really appreciated the team's efforts in keeping everyone updated, chasing progress and helping to move things forward whenever issues came up.

Communication was always important to us, and we felt the team genuinely cared about getting the sale across the finish line.

A big thank you to everyone at Oakman for helping us successfully complete our sale! We would happily recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.
22nd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Steven Nagra is the most professional and honest estate agent we had the pleasure in meeting and talking to about the sale of our property, he explained everything in detail with the added bonus of not making it complicated and easy to follow. Due to illness my mind isn't what it was and I found the process very stressful and hard to keep the information all in, but chatting to steven made me feel comfortable and stress free we couldn't of asked for a nicer gentleman, I have all the trust that my property will sell for what iv asked for and more. Thanks steven for understanding my issues and working with us to suit us.
