Disgusting and unprofessional behavior from this property management company. In a clear act of retaliation after being replaced by adding over tens and thousands of service charges from five years ago—charges that were already paid— to all leaseholders and passed them onto the new management agent to pursue. This is not only unethical, it’s manipulative and misleading. Such conduct shows a complete lack of integrity and accountability. It’s a disgrace to the profession and a warning to anyone considering doing business with this agent. Karma has a way of catching up, and this kind of behavior won’t go unnoticed.
