I warn you. Do not ever attempt to rent a property with EA Property. They are the most vile, disgusting, offensive type of agents you ever find in the whole of Britain. They will squeeze you dry of your deposit. They tried to take 90% of my £1,000 deposit thru lies and deceit. They will ruin your life and your stay in the UK. This has been the most stressful and unprofessional tenancy experience I’ve ever had. It is clear that this company relies on intimidation, made-up rules, and exploiting students and young tenants who they assume won’t know their rights. They underestimate people and try to take advantage at every step. From the very beginning, the property was handed over in poor condition (food left under the bed, a filthy bathroom, and general dirt everywhere). Throughout the tenancy, the management showed no structure, no professionalism, and no care for tenants. Privacy was repeatedly intruded upon, maintenance requests were ignored, and communication was dismissive and often rude. The worst part came at the end of my tenancy. My signed contract clearly states that keys should be handed back at the property during the inspection. Despite this, the agents tried to force me to drop them at their office, threatening me with £125 per hour charges if I didn’t comply. This was not in the contract, and it was a completely unreasonable demand. I would strongly advise anyone considering renting with them to avoid it. You will not be treated with respect, you will not be supported, and you will spend your tenancy battling unnecessary stress and hostility.... Read more

The EA properties management was extremely poor. They didn’t clean my room before I moved in, didn’t provide basic cleaning equipment like a hoover, and blamed me for the shared kitchen even though it was used by six tenants. I couldn’t move in on time because my room didn’t have a lock, so I had to stay in a hotel for a week while they slowly installed a petty lock. To make matters worse, they gave me a completely false and misleading reference, trying to make it look like tenants were at fault for their mismanagement. I would not recommend renting from them.... I rented a property through Right Room, but it turned out to be managed by EA Real Estate. Unfortunately, my experience when moving out was very stressful and frustrating. There was an attempt to withhold my deposit, and I had to go back and forth multiple times (mainly with Yasmin)who seemed intent on retaining as much of the deposit as possible, citing different reasons along the way and shouting on the phone. Only after I raised a formal dispute, they reduce the deductions to what was actually allowed under the contract. I’m sharing this for future renters: read everything carefully, document the condition of the property thoroughly, and be prepared to stand your ground especially if you got Yasmin!... Read more

Was incredibly traumatic and dehumanising renting with this company. In particular yasmin the property manager was a bully, any attempt to rectify mistakes make by them, which were seriously affecting our quality of life, was met was gaslighting and bullying tactics. The worst, most dehumanising experience having the EA team as our agency for our rental property. Horrible communication skills, held our deposit for 6 weeks without a reason and claimed we couldn’t make contact with them and that we had to wait for them to contact us.
