Worst worst worst
Please avoid them they charge you 25£ for visit that is non refundable. And then waste your time we were waiting for 3 months. We gave notice to our landlord because they approved everything. Last minute they denied. Such a time wasters

AVOID- the worst agency you could ever deal with! No knowledge, rude and time wasters. Safe yourself the stress and avoid, all they care about is money.
