This was my first time selling a property, and I’ve had a brilliant experience with JustMove from valuation through to advertising and viewings. Although they’re a smaller business compared to other estate agents, that really shows in the level of customer service they provide. I’m still living in the property, but I asked them to fully manage the viewings — which they were more than happy to do. They always confirm with viewers beforehand, which really helps with time management and setting expectations. I also appreciated the individual viewing feedback after each appointment, which was really helpful. They always pick up the phone when you need them and are very hands-on throughout the selling process. I did feel that the property was slightly overvalued compared to other valuations, so that’s something to be mindful of. I dealt with Lee for the valuation and advertising, and Anjula and Mike for the viewings and sale — all of whom were great. They chased things up proactively without me having to ask. I needed to list the property very quickly, Just Move were perfect for the job, as soon as I dropped the keys off to them, they took the property pictures the same day. And the next day the property was listed on the relevant websites. With each viewing booked, I was notified and given an update not long after the viewing.... Read more
