Alex was optimistic, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. I had initially had two agents look at the house from other estate agents, and both disagreed with my own personal valuation of the property, saying my expectations were unrealistic. They both gave me the same figure that they would list it for. I wasn’t prepared to put it on the market for this price and sought a third opinion (Alexander Rumsey). Alex not only put the property on for £75,000 more than the other estate agents had wanted to list it for, he achieved a sale in 48 hours that was very close to this higher valuation.
