We were looking for an affordable flat to rent for our growing family and met Ryan when we did a viewing of a rental flat. He was quite hands on, we did not know that he owned the agency before. He kindly offered another apartment that suited better to our needs and budget. We did 3 viewings of different flats, 2 of which were on the same building, and went on with the 3rd. They are easy to communicate with and very reliable.

My wife and I first met Ryan from Arthur Grace Residential, just over 2 years ago when we needed to rent a suitable property to live in while I went through treatment of and recovery from a major illness.
We were shown all the available properties in the block and chose a ground floor apartment with a separate, step free entrance.
Arthur Grace were helpful and efficient with the few minor technical issues in the early days of our occupation.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Arthur Grace to anyone renting a property in this area.

Rude and poor communication. Arranged a viewing with Ryan and he didn't bother to walk us around the house. After putting a offer forward at asking price it was rejected with no explanation and I was told the property was already sold. Seemed my offer was only used as a bargaining for a pre arranged buyer. Disappointing!

Ryan and Sarah are great, they were transparent with the valuation process and once sold, actually pushed the Solicitors to do their side of the deal. The biggest struggle I have had with agencies over the years is a lack of open and honest communication, both Ryan and Sarah were accessible and called when they said they would, they were a joy to deal with. Forget other estate agents - go with Arthur Grace! After an unsuccessful year unable to sell my cottage, I switched to Arthur Grace and a buyer was found amazingly quickly. And even when this buyer pulled out later down the line, Ryan and Sarah found me another buyer incredibly fast, much to my huge relief and enabling me to go ahead with my purchase. Apart from being a lovely couple, Ryan and Sarah aren't afraid to tell you what you need to hear and offer helpful suggestions to achieve a sale. Most agents are too scared of losing your custom. I can honestly say it was like having my own personal Phil and Kirstie! In addition to finding me a buyer (fab video of my house as well), Ryan also managed to find the wonderful house my partner and I are now living in, for which we'll always be forever grateful. He took the trouble to understand what we were looking for and match our demands to the house. I can honestly say it's been a joy working with Arthur Grace and we would totally recommend them to all and sundry.

After interviewing 4 agents to sell our place we settled on Ryan immediately. He was honest with the achievable price but also put in plan ways to obtain the highest offers. From start to finish the communication was incredible with updates immediately after any viewings letting us know the likelihood of potential offers etc. The attention to detail on the photography and drone work was spot on. It helped us receive 3 offers (2 of which were cash) and we accepted an offer within a few weeks of going up on the market. Given the situation in 2022 we thought this was amazing. We came to Arthur Grace because of the exceptional marketing. The video that was created (at no extra cost to us) was excellent and really showed the house well which led to many viewings and offers very quickly after going on the market. Ryan kept in contact at every step and set up a WhatsApp group so both my husband and I could be included in every conversation. Ryan also made/took phone calls outside usual working hours which was very helpful as a working parent with my hands full until bedtime (theirs not mine!). (I realise some readers of this review may think the bar is set low).
We were pleased with the manner in which Ryan presented himself, relevant to the audience, down to earth, more listening than talking and no shiny suits! Ryan was always happy to share his knowledge, was friendly and responsive during the process.
All in all, they Arthur Grace were a breath of fresh air during what is normally one of the most stressful processes you’ll ever go through. We have recommended them to everyone we can and wish them every success.

If you need a professional, reliable, proactive and friendly real estate agent, don’t look further!!! Ryan has been exceptional!!! We used his service for buying and selling a property. He had everything the vast majority of high street agents are missing. He was very knowledgeable, professional, hard-working and contactable 24/7 (although I having tried the 3am call on Sunday night, but all other times he picked up or called back shortly after ????). We always received a timely and honest feedback and felt very much looked after. He has been incredible proactive in helping solving problems which came up along the entire property chain. Without him, our purchase and sale would not have happened. No other high street agent would have gone all those extra miles! On top he is extremely likeable, approachable and friendly. Ryan also proactively offered advice how we could present and market our property in a better light (which I had never experienced from any other agent before) and the quality of the marketing video and photos were outstanding, so that it made it even harder to move out ????
