From the first phone call to view the property, to the day we collected the keys Royston & Lund were amazing! They were happy to help with any questions, extra viewings and then at the end the lovely touch when we got our keys of a keyring, beautifully smelling candle and matches was the cherry and a beautiful cake :)

We moved into our new home today following an exceptionally quick sale of our previous property. We marketed our house with Royston &Lund, as did the sellers of our new property. We genuinely cannot fault R&L their support throughout what is usually a very stressful process.
This was our third house move, and it was by far the smoothest experience we’ve had. Sally and Mandy, in particular, were incredibly proactive—often finding answers to questions before we even asked them! Overall, we would not hesitate to recommend Royston and Lund in the future.

I have been disappointed with my experience of Calders. I had to contact them for information about numbers of enquiries etc.

Having just completed the sale of a property, I would like to thank all of the team at Calders for their help and support throughout the process. I would especially give a mention to Andrew for his professional advice and guidance which lead to a number of quaity offers being received within hours of placing the property on the market. A special mention to Sally also, who did an amazing job of keeping on top of the transaction process at all stages, communicating with all the parties involved. Her efforts without doubt ensured completion earlier than would otherwise have been the case.

From the very start I couldn’t have asked for a better Landlord! Andrew was very accommodating when I moved into Chandler’s Court. It’s a lovely apartment with plenty of space and finished to a really high standard with a beautiful shared courtyard too. Me and my boyfriend were interested in a property listed online. We kept sending messages through the online platform without any reply. After almost 2 weeks without getting any response, we went to the agency to hear that the property is already let, again without any notification online. After a while, it still kept showing as available online, so I called only to hear that the property is let by other client now and I decided to sign up for the list if again they don't sign the contract only to hear that there were additional requirements for tennants which weren't listed in the ad.

Shocking! Booked a viewing a week ago. Turned up at the property bang on time this morning only to be asked by the occupier “can I help you”. Turns out the estate agent was there earlier and cancelled the viewing only to not let anyone know and leave without reason. Called the office and got a similar response with a lack of care and customer service! Time to look for a better service elsewhere. Do Not Use!

Don't know who's fault it is landlord or agency but i rented a property from this agent. My now ex partner beat me so I had to run away with a one-month-old child. Now they don't want to take my name off from the tenancy agreement just because my ex partner said he is not agreed with it. So I'm not living in this property and my name is still on the tenancy agreement even if I gave them termination of the lease. Being on a contract, I can not rent another property with my child.
