Amy, who managed my purchase, was absolutely incredible — she went above and beyond to keep everything moving, especially when dealing with unresponsive solicitors. I’m certain the sale wouldn’t have gone through as quickly without her support. The whole team were lovely to deal with, and their customer service was excellent from start to finish. Fantastic service from Steve, Will, Kate & the team at the Little Sutton office.
Contacted them to value and sell my property. Fast and efficient from valuation to market and organised both photography and EPC assessment. The team ptovided regular updates and quick response to any queries I had.
Secured not only 4 viewings within the first few days of the property being up but handled all viewings and agreed an offer above asking price by the following week.
Thanks again to the team and would thoroughly recommend.

Jones & Chapman arranged a viewing of a property I was interested in - and then they failed to turn up. No-one picked up the phone in the office, no apology, I had to call them to find out what had gone wrong. The appointment had not been entered into the diary apparently. They did send me some pics - but I was out of pocket in terms of fuel and Mersey Tunnel fees. When I requested they reimburse me for my expense due to their failure they failed to respond. Avoid them - unless you enjoy cowboy movies . .

From Ben visiting to take all the information, Valuation, and Pictures of your home, to Grace and Marie visiting with potential buyers. Out of several estate agents in the area my Mum chose to sell her house through Jones & Chapman based on reviews/recommendations.
Outstanding service from the get go. Very professional, yet very friendly. Put my Mum at ease and made her feel very comfortable dealing with them. Sold my Mums house very quick, with everything explained clearly. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use them again when needed. Only names I can remember are Ben and Grace (I think that's right), but all staff are very lovely.

We went for our initial mortgage appointment with Charlotte Jones--the new Mortgage Consultant at this branch we werent disappointed! This is a free service and if you're thinking about buying your first home I urge you to book in! Me and my partner have been so dubious about getting a mortgage due to the fear of unknown and online mortgage calculation telling us we could never afford the repayments. Charlotte arranged an appointment from our first point of contact and we went along and spoke to her in great detail about what our dream first house would be and the areas we'd want to live. She took us through our current outgoings and how much we could afford on our joint salary. We also spoke in length about our current situation and how much we could be saving per month for our deposit. She went through the different income protection, critical illness insurance etc to show us our options. The mortgage brain then gave us some real time results to what mortgages were available. Before this I didn't understand types of mortgages or where to even begin fixed, variable, what's best? Now I have clarity go exactly what we are aiming for and how to get there. Hopefully this time next year, we will then be ready to buy our property! I trust her so much due to her professionalism that I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for our mortgage. Her knowledge is unlimited and she makes you feel so comfortable and reassured. If you're thinking of getting a house and don't know where to start, I wouldn't recommend anyone better to go to for advice. Thank you so much Charlotte, you've helped us take the first step!

Don’t normally leave reviews but credit where credit is due. Sold property using jones and Chapman little Sutton. Dan the valuer came to my property and gave his professional opinion on what my house was worth. I felt it was a little high but he sold there marketing package very well which I begrudged paying upfront for but went along with it as I was told I could get back when using there solicitors. His relaxed manner was very calming, and very charasmatic during what normally can be a stressful time. All viewings I was given feedback and had 2 offers within 3 weeks. Can’t complain and highly recommend...

After interviewing a couple of local estate agents J&C sold their marketing strategy well and won our business. The process from taking professional photographs to creating a premium listing online was swift and communication was fine. Thereafter, feedback from viewings was pretty good although ocassional prompting was necessary. The final sales process was a little elongated although this was not due to lack of action on J&Cs part, rather a poor choice of solicitor from the buying party. Interations with the J&C staff were all positive, friendly and professional

I am really impressed with Jones and Chapman, they helped me through the stressful process of buying and moving. The staff are always willing to help and advise. I have dealt with a few estate agents in the past and found that Jones and Chapman go out of their way and go the extra mile, making you feel valued as a customer. Their customer service is second to none and I will 100% use them in the future!

Really p*s*ing me off with their incessant marketing calls, even though I have never sold a house with them or even used their services!! Told them numerous times to stop yet they don't listen. So here is a review for you stick in your pipe and smoke. AVOID unless you want to hear off them for years to come! They clearly don't listen.

Just thought that we should share our experience with Jones and Chapman Little Sutton.
They were the most expensive estate agents fee that we received. Sold to us by the lister that they offered a "premium service with feedback guarenteed after every viewing"
Sold premium package for an additional fee £££ which included a premium listing, a "for sale" sign, photographs and a video.
For Sale sign didn't arrive when we were informed it should, chased 4 times - received after 9 weeks! No communication from J & C
Property was listed without the video or premium listing, chased jones and chapman - issue recitfied within 48 hours.
Photographs - We were satisfied with the images provided.
Upon signing contract - We were offered the option to improve their agents "sales incentive" for an additional £££ Fee. Which should have rang alarm bells, as no other estate agent offered this!!!
Tried to contact lister 4 times throughout the listing period informed each time, that he would call me back. I never receveived a call.
We have had around 18 vieiwings and have received feedback on 3 - after I complained that we were not receiving feedback.
We then stopped taking viewings from people not a position to make an offer. We were told that the very next viewer was a cash buyer, upon (me) asking for their feedback, I was told that they loved the property, wanted to make an offer but didn't have the cash and needed to sell their property first. When I questioned why they told me he was a cash buyer, they replied with "he has some cash, but not enough"
Sometimes given 1 hour notice before vieiwings - 90% less than 24 hours notice.
Once came around with a viewer on a saturday morning without telling us. Had to turn away at the door as we hadn't even got up.
Viewings booked in for certain times - one time arrived 2 hours earlier with J&C (We were not informed)
Asked for the listing to be removed, contacted 6 times within 2 weeks. Listing was not removed.
Unprofessional to say the least.
