We’ve had a great experience using Jones and Chapman’s in house mortgage service in Wallasey - Georgina Dale has been such an invaluable help. We tried another high rated mortgage broker before trying Georgina who was recommended to us and she provided what we felt was a much better all round service. We wouldn’t be able to buy the house we’re getting without her help. Not only did she manage to get us a much better mortgage offer than other places but she also explained everything so well throughout the process so we felt really well informed . She really has gone over and above helping us through every step. Couldn’t recommend more!

We asked Georgina to help me and my partner find a joint mortgage for our first and forever home together. Georgina was super responsive, knowledgeable, organised and friendly offering us lots of advice and guidance along the way. Nothing was too much trouble and always checked in throughout the buying process.

As a sole purchaser I don’t have that buffer of asking a partner their advice so to know I have all the facts is important. We recently wnt through a six-and-a-half month ordeal between agreeing on a price and completion of our flat. Through it all, the help and support and concern shown us by Natasha Suddal-Hughes and her team at Jones and Chapman Wallasey was the one bright light.
Natasha returned calls promptly, kept in touch with the solicitors and the seller and kept us informed. On a number of occasions she called just to keep in touch and to cheer us up. Above and beyond. We can't say enough about Natasha.
Helena and her team also deserve our plaudits, letting us in to the property when we needed access to measure etc., fielding our calls when Natasha was out of the office and providing a calm, friendly atmosphere in the office when we visited.
We unreservedly recommend Natasha and Jones and Chapman Wallasey
