Absolutely terrible company to deal with. Been waiting nearly 18 months for my bond to be returned to me. Every time I call I get palmed off with the same excuse of a Freud investigation.
The worse thing I ever did was rent a house from these people.
Maintenance never done. Would never recommend this company

I have recently used Peter Morgan Letting Agents to advertise my rental property and find suitable tenants.<br>Not being from the area I originally arranged an appointment with another agency to view the house but after driving for a while to get there and organising my day around it the agent did not turn up as they forgot? It concerned me as how were they going to manage viewings?<br>Luckily I called Peter Morgan and the Letting Manager Camille arranged to call in on her way home.<br>I have to say she was excellent, really professional, knew the area inside out and listened to everything that I had to say about the type of tenants I was looking for.<br>Camille kept me updated constantly and found great tenants for my property.<br>I would not hesitate to recommend.

If I could put a minus score I would,a relative of mine was treated appallingly basically being forced out with a feeble excuse that landlord wanted to sell now property is readvertised with guess what £100 extra a month,and to top it all she still hasn't had her bond returned,stay away from this company.

Definitely will not use this estate agent again.
They only do what they want to do, total disregard to our instructions and requests.
They made the sale of our property very stressful, from the office staff to the agents that did the showings and even the top management.
They are only interested in their fee, and don't care how they get it. Absolutely no empathy for the paying customer.
Do yourself a favour and avoid this company.

Peter Morgan were great from start to finish they always put me at ease, always easy to get hold of and I was impressed with the way in which they captured my property to advertise in a way that other local estate agents don’t.

Unfortunately the property we were buying fell through but the help and support that we had with Ben and Non was second to none and nothing was too much trouble and I can't recommend them highly enough, shame about the house but everything happens for a reason.

Really slow at everything, don't turn up for appointments. Don't follow through with what they promise. Choose a different estate agent.
