27th May 2024 (1 year ago)I was grateful that they found a buyer fairly quickly but a little disappointed that communication wasn't the best. The price we were valued at was also well above the price we sold for, but as I said finding a buyer was the main thing!
8th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Not the easiest time to place a property on market in mid October. However Mansell achieved 2 early strong expressions of interest in November before obtaining a sale from another party in January.
