We had a frustrating experience with one of the agents called Chris in this company. At first, he was clear that the present house tenants were going to move on a certain period of time and so we gave a holding deposit to keep the property. Eventually, day by day, it was hard to keep in touch with him, and even the company, as no one was answering their office phone. A couple of phone calls finally though saying yes we are just waiting for the date. But, it took almost a month of negotiating for a final move in date but it did not happen, no follow up done. The agent returned the deposit ONE WEEK prior to potential move in date. how annoying!! He could have returned much earlier than giving us false hopes if he felt like the present tenants are quite unclear!!... Read more

I lived in a property managed by SW Residential for a year while studying in London with my friends, and although I couldn't renew the lease due to personal reasons, I can say with absolute confidence that this is the best agency I've ever worked with — especially thanks to Christian. I'm not exaggerating when I say he is the best agent in the world. Before we even moved in, Christian kindly helped us carry all our luggage up to the attic on the third floor. Since none of us were in London during the summer holidays, he also made sure all our belongings were placed inside the flat as soon as the tenancy started. Throughout the year, he was always incredibly helpful and responsive. No matter what we needed, he was quick to reply and happy to assist. He’s also just a genuinely kind and understanding person — always willing to help mediate and maintain good neighborly relationships. The moving-out process was also smooth and stress-free — thanks to Christian again. If I didn’t need to move into a studio next year, I would absolutely choose SW Residential again.
