We have recently sold our property through Kivells and overall have been very happy with the service offered by everyone at Kivells. Our initial contact was with Dan who provided us with a very comprehensive written review of the market in order to explain the proposed marketing price for the house. No other agent provided such a clear explanation. For the viewings it was Katie and Mark and again we were impressed by their knowledge of our home and the time they were willing to give to show prospective buyers around and answer their questions. Katie’s enthusiasm for our house was definitely contagious and we are sure this rubbed off on people as she showed them around. This estate agents is the most unprofessional company I have ever had the pleasure to come across. After several emails and a phone call we agreed on a date and time to view a property on their books we waited patiently for nearly an hour outside the property at the agreed date and time leaving several voice mail messages on their landline in the office they finally sent me a message (didn’t even call me) with some lame excuse no signal but they managed to pick up my voice mail ok. The message denied any communication even when I sent them the emails they then tried to say I had not confirmed the confirmation email but I had actually spoke to them on the phone how many confirmations did they require I am afraid I could never recommend this agent either for buying or selling they obviously need further training in customer service as theirs is non existent and improvement in their own communication abilities...
