I’m asking people to be take care of any details while dealing with this agency!<br><br>They don’t support you with maintenance and once you finish the contract make sure to call them because they don’t give any support or leads to take an advantage on the tenant and let him extend some days with fees!<br><br>I finished my fixed contract with them and 2 days before I depart from Exeter I called to see what shall I do and they told me no you have to extend one more month! I told them no one emailed me and helped me regarding this and they were like you must pay!<br><br>We gave back the apartment clean and tidy and left the keys inside the same day they were having viewing for another tenant and we left the keys inside with them and they left it and emailed us 7 days later that we must pay 310£ one week rent because we didn’t give the keys to the office!<br><br>Also the cleaning fee even though the apartment is super clean they charged us big amounts im sure 80% of it is considered profit as well as their poor performance in maintenance and helping tenants to live in a comfortable place.<br><br>If you are forced to deal with them just focus on your rights and the contract especially.

They are a fantastic team and always have the time of day to get back to you if you have any issues at all. Always quick to respond to emails and get problems sorted. Absolutely fantastic team!

This time both properties we were selling and purchasing were with Dart and Partners and the sales team were supportive and professional throughout and provided regular updates.<br><br>Paul was very efficient right from the start and was able to answer with any questions we had and without him being so proactive towards the end, I do not think we would have achieved our desired completion date.<br><br>I would recommend Dart & Partners to anyone looking to sell.<br><br>Thank you.

As well as providing and efficient service and securing a sale for our property, Connor and his team were polite, professional and caring. We were kept updated about the process at all times. They got some great photos of the property. They were persistent in getting numerous viewings. She was friendly, engaging and really easy to talk to, but most importantly actually listened and took the time to understand what I was looking for.<br><br>She explained the application process and fees really clearly, answered all my questions and followed up exactly when she said she would. Having been to quite a few viewings recently, that level of communication and genuine engagement really stood out.<br><br>A real credit to the agency and genuinely lovely to deal with. Thanks, Lara!

Connor was a pleasure to deal with and even managed to get us a last-minute viewing for a property as we were only visiting Plymouth for the day from Bristol. Would definitely recommend this branch if you're looking for property in the local area.
21st Aug 2026 (2 days ago)Buying through Lang Town & Country was an absolute breeze and, considering how stressful the buying process can sometimes be, they did everything possible to make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. From the very beginning, their customer service was exceptional, and everyone I dealt with was friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful.<br><br>A special mention must go to Josh, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. His professionalism, communication and dedication really stood out. He worked incredibly hard behind the scenes, particularly when liaising with the various solicitors and agents involved in the chain, making sure everyone was kept informed and doing everything he could to keep things moving forward.<br><br>Even when there were a few issues and delays along the way, Josh remained calm, proactive and reassuring. He was always available when needed, quick to respond to any questions and made a real effort to resolve problems rather than simply passing them on. His willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference and gave me real confidence throughout the process.<br><br>Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Lang Town & Country provided excellent customer service, and Josh in particular was outstanding. His hard work, approachability and commitment made what could have been a very stressful experience feel as easy as possible. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Lang Town & Country, and especially Josh, to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

It took less than 30 minutes from me making contact with her to the contractor fixing the issue.
12th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)A number of people had told me that Boyce Brixham were the worst estate agents in the town. I didn't believe it until I experienced it myself. The after sales experience is awful. Once exchange of contracts had taken place they could not have helped any less. They have a limit of 5 visits to the property between the offer being accepted and completion. As this took a total of 5 months this was not helpful. We also had to clear the property of furniture and they would not allow us access to dispose of it ahead of completion despite promises. I suggest using someone else.
9th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Average, poor communication, poor picture quality etc, didn’t really push the house via their platforms, wasn’t happy with the write up etc<br>Was told by the manager at the time I couldn’t put my house on for the price I wanted it to be on for…. I’m the customer right, never told on a couple of occasions that the viewing didn’t happen etc<br>Did like Deon the mortgage broker tho he was amazing<br>Went with another independent chain after 3 months and sold within 4 days<br>Would never go with a huge chain like this again- 20th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Very unresponsive i had left a few voice mails and messages to staff and never had a reply,<br><br>They will badger you to use the in house solicitors Do not use the in house solicitors you will still be charged if the sale doesn't go though.

The reason for our choice was, in large part, because, on Luke's first visit, he had clearly researched the property in advance, and then gave both a quantitative and qualitative basis for his recommended asking price.<br>Throughout the sale process, Luke and his colleagues were very supportive. They kept me informed of progress, liaised with my conveyancer and were responsive and helpful whenever I had any questions.

I’m planning to advise my daughter to use Fraser Wheeler to speed the sale of her two bedroom flat in Alphington in the very near future.
