Helyn, the sales progressor, was superb, always completely on top of things, keeping the buyer moving and liaising efficiently with both solicitors to avoid delays. Her communication was clear and regular throughout, making the whole sale far smoother than it might otherwise have been. In property sales, that level of proactive follow-through makes all the difference

20th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)I would strongly advise anyone considering renting through Fulfords to not bother. I moved into a property in February 2025 that was not fit to be handed over to a new tenant. Numerous maintenance issues were outstanding, cleaning had not been done properly, and problems raised by the previous tenant had simply been ignored. From day one, I was forced to chase repairs that should have been completed before I moved in. Communication was consistently poor. Emails went unanswered for weeks, contractors either did not turn up or were never instructed properly, and at one point the agent was contacting the wrong tenant entirely about works. I spent an unreasonable amount of my own time following up, coordinating access, and repeatedly explaining the same issues to different people. Matters became so badly handled that I was forced to escalate a formal complaint to The Property Ombudsman. The complaint was upheld, and compensation was awarded for service failures and poor handling of the tenancy. Even after this, unresolved issues remained. When I eventually moved out, Fulfords attempted to deduct money from my deposit for minor cosmetic issues, despite the fact the property was handed to me in a far worse condition and despite their own service failures being formally recognised. Only after pushing back firmly did they agree to return my deposit in full. I literally moved out of the property with the same issues not fixed. I would imagine that the new tenant will have the same issues to deal with. Renting is stressful enough without having to fight your letting agent at every stage. This was by far the worst renting experience I have ever had, not because of the property itself, but because of the way it was managed. I would not rent through Fulfords again and I suggest you don't either. If I could rate them lower than 1 star I would. Avoid at all costs.

From first contact with Julie, we realised she understood our requirements and she has worked hard to keep us fully informed throughout the buying process. After acceptance of our offer, Jade’s advice has proved invaluable in guiding us through the following requirements of dealing with the offer and acceptance by the vendor. Both girls have been friendly, professional and treat us with total respect and understanding which has been invaluable for us. They are in my opinion an absolute credit to their profession. As we were relocating from Berkshire their support was invaluable — especially given the distance and not being able to just pop into the office when needed. Kim and Jen were brilliant throughout the whole process: friendly, approachable and consistently helpful. They kept everything moving, communicated clearly and were always quick to respond, which made what could have been a stressful experience feel much more straightforward. A big thank you as well to Sarah and Fran, who also played a part along the way and were a pleasure to deal with. And also Paul who pointed us in the direction of a reputable surveying company which saved us time trawling the Internet for one. The whole team came across as professional, knowledgeable and genuinely focused on good customer service. It was a great experience from start to finish, and we definitely recommend using Dart & Partners.

However frustrating the transaction became at times she was always on hand pushing to ensure we got the right result. Even if it became annoying on occasion her persistence definitely paid off!

The only letting agent i look forward to hearing from! I viewed a property on the 10th and shes had me all moved in by the 27th of that same month! Ill definitely be using connells again.
