Sequence gets a lot of bad reviews and it very nearly put me off but meeting Daniel in person and reading the positive reviews about him persuaded me to give him a try. I haven't regretted it for one minute.
As a first time buyer he is exactly the kind of person I wanted to work with - calm, considerate, patient and generous-spirited - not to mention highly informed. Ive just finished selling my old house and buying a new house using Fox and Sons, Burgess Hill. Because of the fantastic service provided, I thought I should write a review on them.
Right from the start, with the visit from James McGillivray for the valuation, during which he fully explained the process and the different options available with the solicitors and photographer. While I was deciding, the office didn’t harass or pester me.
Once all was confirmed, Dan Hewett took over and helped to guide and support me through the sale and purchase. They even found a buyer within a week!
Every single time I called the office the phone would ring two or three times before it was picked up by Dan or Kitty Smith. They listened to me, and either gave good advice straight away, or would come back the same day with answers.
Everyone at Fox and Sons needs a huge pat on the back. I highly recommend using them to sell your property

Recently helped my mum move into her new property with complete ease and managed to sell her old house above the asking price, which was a real nice touch.
Everything we wanted from an estate agent and James definitely went above and beyond to get it done as smoothly as possible. Especially as we had some trouble with the people buying my mums old property.
Would highly recommend to anyone buying or selling.

I found James to be very unreliable, full of false promises and rude. I can't say much for my experience with Fox & Sons other than that I would absolutely NOT recommend anyone to buy or sell through them. Absolute cowboys.

We were looking for a good mortgage advisor for more than a month, spoke to many of them when we suddenly found Gareth at Fox & Sons. He is by far the most prepared professional we've come across. He basically handled everything we needed really quickly while keeping us in the loop and answering all of our questions whenever we had one. He is always "straight to the point" and quickly acting on the situation in our favour. I highly recommend him!

Cannot recommend these guys enough. Worked extremely hard to sell my house and help me and my family find a new one. With countless viewings, regular updates and a load of houses we got to view. Throughout this stressful process they remained the main point of contact and in the end were able to sell my house. Unfortunately we were not able to find the property we wanted through them but through a different estate agents. Even so they were so helpful in communicating with all parties to get it all signed and sealed. We are so happy with our new family home and want to thank James, Josh, Jaimie and the rest of the gang. In the unlikely event we decide to move again I will guarantee it will be through Fox & Sons. There was plenty of contact throughout the whole process and even used their mortgage advisor Toby who was fantastic the entire time and managed to get us a great deal and we paid less than what we would have with the banks!
