Overcharged me commission and vat on what they had valued my property at and not what they had sold it at Plus charged me for money laundering checks which I had already paid solicitor... I did not agree this.
I have never heard of any one paying commission and vat on what the house is valued at if they sell it at a lower price you should pay commission and vat on what it is sold out... Have called several times to speak to branch manager he is always in a meeting.. Jack has not had decency to call me or reply to my emails... One very unhappy customer who is out of pocket

Joe and the team at Fox and Sons were really helpful. They explained the sale process to us simply as it was our first sale and took us through every step. They were easy to reach and kept us up to date, despite having a busy summer period, even helping us with the solicitors. Would recommend ??????

I found the agency’s repeated calls very intrusive. They called without leaving a voicemail, including early morning at 8 am on Saturday and again on Monday morning, not helpful whwn i am on holiday. simply to ask whether I wanted to sell my house and look for another property. This felt highly inappropriate.<br><br>Ryan was unhelpful and wouldn’t confirm that my number would be removed from the call list. Overall, a frustrating and unprofessional experience.

I cannot recommend Aimee and the team at Fox and Sons in Tiverton highly enough. Throughout what turned out to be a difficult and long sale with multiple chain collapses, they were there to support me in continuing and to give me advice on the best way to proceed. Aimee is delightful to deal with and was very kind and patient to me during this drawn out process. The whole team are extremely knowledgable and professional and I would definitely use them again without hesitation.

Selling and buying don't think I'd recommend them don't seem interested in helping you buy a property even the Selling side is awful. Put in an offer for a property and no communication at all even when there Selling your property with them
