Over valued my flat on purpose to try and get me to list it with them, provided no evidence for the valuation they gave unlike other estate agents. Asked them to remove my number and records from their system yet the still try and call me every single week and leave voicemails despite me blocking their number. LEAVE ME ALONE.
Edit 11/12/2024: still absolutely harassing me with voicemails, absolutely crazy, do not ever give your number to these people and if you have then consider contacting your network provider to block them.

Fox and Sons couldn’t have done more to support our recent sale and purchase. Initially, we dealt with Alex who was in frequent communication and went above and beyond to try and get problems resolved. Then, Zoe took over and was brilliant. Our buyer’s solicitor was particularly challenging to deal with and there were lots of curve balls. Zoe was constantly on the ball, updating us and other relevant parties and doing everything she could to help. We finally managed to complete just before Christmas and it was down to such a hardworking and dedicated team at Fox and Sons. Would recommend them to anyone!

Incredibly poor service from this particular branch, and Fox and Sons overall. Incredibly pushy at first, and then entirely uncommunicative and sloppy. Booked a viewing which was subsequently cancelled, which no one at the branch thought they needed to tell me, despite my phoning three times beforehand and subsequently taking time off work to travel down from London to attend. I only found out the viewing was cancelled when I called the office a few hours before the scheduled appointment to confirm an unrelated change, rather than vice versa. Several other branches have also cold called me (eg the hanover office), despite all my details being on file, declaring they would send me emails “immediately that they got off the phone” with suitable property details, which of course never arrived. Unprofessional and unhelpful work culture. Based on my own experience I would not recommend working with this agent while trying to buy property.

We had such a positive experience being shown a property by Abbie Redman. With other estate agents we have often come away from a viewing feeling like we were a bother to them with our questions, as many have come across as disinterested in us and unapproachable. With Abbie it was totally different - she was so nice and chatty and warm as soon as she welcomed us in - quite a skill with a mask on! She made sure she offered information, gave time to answer questions and seemed genuinely interested in us as people and what we were looking for in a house. I don't normally write reviews, but felt I had to as she really changed our perception of estate agents.

I am happy to give this branch 5 stars. The team were amiable yet efficient and professional. Living close by I would pop in regularly without notice for an update on my sale and was always welcomed and advised without fail. A slight niggle would be the turnover in personnel over three months which knocked established relationships. This, however, was far outweighed by the attentiveness and care I received from Zoe and latterly Emma as the sale drew to a close. Two outstanding, caring employees. I hope they are valued by the management!

Surprised to find myself in this position, but Jonathan and Heb at the Preston Park Fox and Sons could not have been better. The reviews online of Fox and Sons were not altogether complimentary, but did not match our experience at all. We had a complex chain to deal with our sale and purchase and the cool heads and experience of these agents really paid off. Nothing seemed to much trouble for them, and they worked hard to get a quick sale at the right price. Recommended.
