I have only given four stars as the property was advertised as 999 year lease, when in fact, the sellers had not even applied for this lease, so there were a lot of hold ups along the way. We were initially very impressed after meeting Adele, who gave us a warm and positive introduction to Fox & Sons and left us feeling reassured about the service we could expect. Unfortunately, the experience that followed did not live up to that first impression. Communication throughout the process was extremely limited, and we often had to chase for updates rather than being kept informed. Queries were left unanswered, and there was little evidence of proactivity in progressing the sale. This lack of engagement left us feeling unsupported at what should have been a collaborative process. An estate agent’s role is not just to list a property, but to provide consistent communication, guidance, and customer care.
