Not your usual estate agents ! Down to earth, professional, efficient, helpful & friendly. Independent agents who work on the sellers behalf (many agents seem to forget this!). We have had experience of many agents, mostly abysmal, so Becky & Gaynor are a refreshing change. Highly recommend this Fordingbridge based Company. Totally outstanding service from first contact to completion. This was a very protracted purchase for so many reasons. However, Becky and Gaynor remained professional, endlessly helpful and, very importantly, pragmatic throughout. Called today to book a viewing of a property we liked and as our property we currently own wasn't sstc or we aren't cash buyers they wouldn't let us view the property, but advert doesn't state cash only or people only ready to move straight away, such a rude service from the staff and also manager becky. I'm absolutely disgusted with this service and how are people meant to try and find their dream home if your not allowed to view or put an offer in on a property. I would stay well clear of these very unhelpful so called estate agents. I would love to hear there response if they ever got treated like this if they had found there dream home close to family.
