I had a really good experience working with Chané. From the first moment we spoke, she was professional, kind, and always easy to reach. She kept me updated at every step and made the whole process very simple for me.

Nikki was extremely professional from the get go. She was very informative when showing us the house in a friendly yet professional manner and gave us plenty of time to view; there was no sense of being rushed. All through the purchase process she has been very helpful and also very understanding when there was a hiccup our end - which was not local to Bognor Regis. If Nikki wasn't available Ed was also extremely helpful and knew where we were in the process. All in all an excellent experience and I would recommend this branch to anyone locally aiming to sell their property.

Normally I review only very disappointing experiences and unfortunately, I found this, being one of those.
So, couple of weeks ago I called this agency as I was interested in a flat in Bognor Regis and I wanted to know more and possibly see it..
Not even the time for any questions I’ve been passed to their mortgage advisor to have being asked a considerable amount of personal and financial information.
I was so surprised by all this rushing that I begun to be worried about my personal data, so I sent a further email to this “advisor” to make clear I did not authorise any check on my credit history, in order to maintain my credit rate regardless whether or not a credit check was actually carried out - As a first time buyer and new to this I didn’t know at which stage these checks are carried out - and however, this is not the point.
It should be noted that few days later I was in contact with another very popular firm for another flat I was interested in, they kindly gave me all the information I needed about the flat, and ONLY AFTER, they proposed me, to speak with their mortgage advisor in order to see if I was eligible to get a mortgage.
Not even 24 hour later they get back to me taking the time to explain that as my payslips, unfortunately, have some furlough periods in between I wasn’t eligible for a mortgage this time, but that they would have been very happy to review my application in “better times” (no furlough on payslips) etc.
Ohh.. and no need to say that the first estate agent (the mortgage advisor) did not even bother to replay my email regarding my concerns so, as I assume they don't read emails, I though to express here my disappointing experience.
Of course, now I know what service to look at and trust when “better times” will come or who to recommend as I will be sure I will deal with people who CARE to give all the information I need and addressing any concerns.

Wasn't very happy with the service received at all. Enquired to view a property in Felpham which was going fine and had a been booked. This was on a Tuesday. I asked work to leave early also. The day of our viewing, Thursday, I realised I hadn't received a confirmation email so I rung and asked if it was still okay to view. They confirmed that they hadn't actually checked to make sure the viewing was okay and would ring me back asap. Got a call back within minutes and they confirmed they is heating works going in so we were unable to view but would let me know on Saturday what days we'd be able to rearrange it to. Saturday come - hadn't heard anything. Monday - nothing, Tuesday - nothing. I had heard the lettings department wasn't great and they'd lived up to my low expectations. I won't be enquiring to view a flat with them again.

Thinking of renting? King & Chasemore Lettings in Bognor Regis is all you need.
In my opinion they have a market leading customer service by using the "KIS" approach. Keep It Simple.
This approach is great as everything is explained to you upfront and nothing is hidden in "the small print" where you may miss it whilst signing paperwork in the excitement of moving home.
The paperwork for example is kept clear and simple so you know exactly what you are signing before you do.
The professionalism and knowledge of the staff, Alice Price in particular, is second to none. I have never felt this welcome and valued by a letting agent in the past.
Plus points for King & Chasemore is that you only deal with 1 person and you get their direct dial so no need to explain yourself to another agent everytime you need to contact them.
The referencing that they need to do was completed within 2 days of submitting the application to themselves. That's a record in my books. I've waited 2 weeks + in the past.
