They were handing two properties, one was my late stepdad’s and the other was my mum’s At one stage I was told that it’s not their fault no one wants to buy the bungalow.( this was by the manager) They told me to put the bungalow up for £435,000 but 6/7 months later, they wanted me to put it in auction for £300,000 and when I said absolutely not was asked what my issue was. When I raised concerns, the manager told me that he wouldn’t entertain my complaint. They also put both properties on for those over 60 for half ownership. This was never spoken about to me, I only found this out when I put one of the properties on with a different agent. The flat was sold(agreed sale) in October 25 to September 26 and on the day we were meant to sign, the buyers pulled out. I then received an email about 3 weeks after the sale had fallen through, telling me the sale was no longer going ahead but I had known this on the day it fell through, 3 weeks earlier. When I went to pick the keys up, one of the estate agent’s that had showed the Buyers around in June, told me that the buyers were not to keen back in June, but this was never relayed to me. The Estate agent that showed them around in June also broke the garage door, I asked them to fix it but got no reply.... Read more

I was on the market for a long time with another agent with limited results. The guys at Cubitt and West put together a new plan with a 28 day timescales and followed through on everything! I cannot recommend them high enough! Thank you!... Read more

Don’t use them in any way shape or form!!! The guy that came to our house sat there and made all these promises of what would happen and then proceeded to not do a single one of them. We fell in love with a house that another one of their branches was selling not only he didn’t help with liaising with the other branch to try and ensure we could purchase it considering we were selling 2 properties through them, he lost us the house twice!! Avoid them and go elsewhere.... Read more
