They have kept us informed weekly about how it's all going and fingers crossed ?????? for tomorrow we will be exchanging and completing in under 2 months. 7th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)? 1/5<br><br>Extremely disappointing service and easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had dealing with an estate agent.<br><br>I made multiple attempts to call and explain that I was running behind, but nobody answered. When I finally managed to speak to someone, rather than listening to the circumstances or showing any willingness to meet me halfway, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude.<br><br>I had actively tried to communicate and keep them informed, so to then be spoken to in the manner I was was completely unacceptable.<br><br>As a result, I cancelled my viewing and will take my business elsewhere. I will also be raising a formal complaint about the way the situation was handled.<br><br>Communication and basic courtesy cost nothing. Based on my experience today, I cannot recommend this company.
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)They were handing two properties, one was my late stepdad’s and the other was my mum’s At one stage I was told that it’s not their fault no one wants to buy the bungalow.( this was by the manager) They told me to put the bungalow up for £435,000 but 6/7 months later, they wanted me to put it in auction for £300,000 and when I said absolutely not was asked what my issue was. When I raised concerns, the manager told me that he wouldn’t entertain my complaint. They also put both properties on for those over 60 for half ownership. This was never spoken about to me, I only found this out when I put one of the properties on with a different agent. The flat was sold(agreed sale) in October 25 to September 26 and on the day we were meant to sign, the buyers pulled out. I then received an email about 3 weeks after the sale had fallen through, telling me the sale was no longer going ahead but I had known this on the day it fell through, 3 weeks earlier. When I went to pick the keys up, one of the estate agent’s that had showed the Buyers around in June, told me that the buyers were not to keen back in June, but this was never relayed to me. The Estate agent that showed them around in June also broke the garage door, I asked them to fix it but got no reply.

9th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)I would urge prospective buyers to exercise caution when purchasing through Just 4 Bungalows. While we understand an estate agent's primary client is the seller, buyers still deserve basic transparency, proactive communication, and fair treatment, none of which we experienced.<br><br>We had an offer accepted in February on a probate property. After months of chasing for clarity due to contradictory and misinformed updates passed along from the seller's solicitor via the agent, we discovered through our own solicitor in June that the probate application had actually been rejected. A resubmission was required, leaving us facing an indefinite wait with zero clarity on timelines. Throughout this, the agency acted merely as a passive conduit rather than seeking genuine answers, and when we raised concerns about the delays, we were met with dismissiveness and flippantly told we could just pull out.<br><br>After investing months of time and substantial expense as first-time buyers, we ultimately withdrew. We submitted a formal complaint detailing these issues, but management refused to take accountability, brushed off the concerns, and failed to offer even a basic apology for the mishandling of the transaction.<br><br>If you are a buyer, be prepared to do all the chasing yourself, as their loyalties remain strictly with the seller and buyers are not valued.
