Planet has managed my London rental for the past 9 years without a single hitch. They are always on top of everything, and are quick and transparent in their communication. They are swift in resolving issues and requests and I've found them to be very reasonable in their advice and recommendations.
Remarkably, over the past 9 years, the property has never had more than a couple of days between tenants. The team is very knowledgable about the market and have always found honest and reliable tenants. I really appreciate their help and keeping the management stress free for me over these years!

I have dealt with her team on many occasions over the years however more recently she helped me refurbish and then sell two properties, one of which achieved a record price for the road, which I was delighted about! She also helped me secure a development property, she helped me navigate not only the purchase but also simultaneously a lease extension and deed of variation. This agency will not intervene or take action when tenants damage your property. If you are happy to see your property/investment lose money through smoke damage then this is the correct agency for you. Otherwise look elsewhere

Generally great - we dealt with Rita for the two years we rented through them and she was really fab! In terms of maintenance, we had a few issues with our washing machine and toilet which were dealt with - the handyman was a bit unreliable but Rita was always helpful in rearranging and chasing which was great. The worst agency I have ever seen. I signed a contract with this agency and i am looking forward to get rid of them. I have a lot of problems on my flat and you never can find anyone helpful. They don’t care at all. I have been trying to contact them for 5 months about issues and they don’t respond. There is no communication . Definitely unprofessional agency. Planet International have looked after my Enfield rental property from day one.
In this time, I cannot fault them.
The management service from Oz and Dom has been spot on. Attentive, any issues resolved quickly, and always available for queries.
What’s more, the caliber of tenant has been fantastic which has taken a lot of the stress away.
Will be using for all future north London property management and letting services.

Great agency, was a tenant of theirs for 3 years, until this year. Staff were very helpful especially Rita and Jamie. Would've stayed with them longer if they had another property that suited my needs!

Completely incompetent and a nightmare for tenants. No regard for tenant rights such as 24 hours notice of entry. Coming home to find a stranger in your flat or the kitchen turned upside down because of a shoddy half done paint job is unacceptable.
Couldn't organise a piss-up in a brewery!

Appalling agency - send round several emails to all tenants in the house with differing information to cause confusion and blame errors on tenants. They even spelled all our names wrong several times over and took 3 months to process our guarantors! They continued to hassled tenants who had left the property months previously about rent they didn't owe and caused the poor girl several mental health issues. They lied about processing forms and quoted several different rent amounts to us at different times.
When we politely ask for clarification we were blamed and told the error was all on our part. Honestly... I don't understand why they would want to be rude when we were just trying to pay rent.
They refuse to make repairs to the flat - even important bathroom and dangerous window repairs because they claimed the contract wasn't signed (but this doesn't mean they can withhold doing repairs).
I think they need to clear up their admin processing because they seem to just make error after error but that is their job and to blame us is just silly! Most agencies send over an invoice each month with the rent amount - they don't just wait and cause confusion! No clue what we have paid agency fees for...
Honestly all you'd have to do is just send 1 email with the information and be a bit more polite rather than harassing us! You have all our references and guarantor information so either follow your processes or leave us alone - stop giving tenants mental breakdown with 10 emails a day with varying information. You live in the dark ages - you don't even have an electronically sign-able tenancy - we had to go to your office! Insane!
