19th Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)Be safe! Never give Siva any deposit because you won’t get it back. They have taken £2000 from me and never returned, it’s been an year I’m chasing them. Even filed a police report.

He made sure we were updated on what was happening and made everything go as smooth as possible. We’ve tried 2 other estate agents in Tottenham, this one is miles ahead of the others.

I’m for more than 6 years with them all the time they are trying to resolve all the matters that we have on the property. For rent definitely the price are good so if you planned to move definitely give them a call they are 5 stars .

22nd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)I have had my portfolio with property Inc for some time now and some of my tenancy’s have recently come up for renewal, I think it’s only fair to lay praise with the people who truely make letting properties a hassle free experience. Athena at property Inc especially stands out, she is prospective, clear and concise knows what she’s doing and has demonstrated a clear ability to charge of stressful situations while being able to deliver reassurance to us as vendors.<br><br>Whenever an issue has arisen, repair and maintenance or be it chasing documents or whatever it may be, Athena is quick to act and has always made us feel like a priority even with her work load, charming and a true credit to property inc, she is the only person I wish to use for any further acquisitions in the future. 10/10 stars.

Honestly Edward was a really nice polite staff helping us move into a new house with in just 1 week. His professional guidance and efficient process made the process very smooth and stress-free through out the whole 1 week process. We really appreciated his clear and positive communication and dedication to ensuring both parties were satisfied. Thanks to his support, we are now comfortably settled into our new home with my fiance ??????????????????.
4th Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)It was a very emotional time for me because as executor I was selling my recently deceased mother’s house. I relied on Knights Residential advice on getting her house ready for sale and the kind of selling price we could expect to achieve. Also as I had not lived in the area personally for over 30 years I relied on Kinghts Residential for recommendations on the solicitors to use. In the end I ended up selling the house to a family member. The whole process was made easier because we all accepted the professional advice from Tony Koumourou Sales Director.

Syede was amazing from the first point of contact, his replies were fast and he was even able to come to value the house as quick as the next day.<br><br>He was very informative, easy to speak to and clearly showed his experience and knowledge in the field through his professionlism and the manner in which he helped myself and my family.<br><br>I highly RECOMMEND this company.
