He’s very responsive (WhatsApp, phone calls, emails), and generously arranged access for us multiple times for various surveys, inspections, walk throughs, etc. We viewed lots of properties with him throughout the broader Crouch End areas and he’s very knowledgeable about all the things that would matter to you as a buyer or seller. On completion day, he was enthusiastic, available, and even sorted a very nice gift to welcome us to the home. We moved to Crouch End last year and David was amazing throughout the whole process! He was super attentive, friendly and always there to answer questions. He was so good at keeping in touch and thinking of us every time a property came on that he thought we would like (it always felt like he had the nicest properties too!). He really took the time to understand what we wanted and was always eager to try and match it. He also was always calm and put us at ease which is always welcome during a stressful process.
