I can not thank all the office staff enough highly recommended to anyone they kept me updated every step of the way polite and helpful the service was excellent ..... I'm very grateful to all the staff

3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.
6th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)I am the mortgage broker for our buyer. I have found Richard to be very professional, friendly and just gets on with pushing the deal through. I have been a broker for 22 years and can honestly say that the speed in which Richard has turned this matter around has been impressive! I wish you a very successful 2023!

21st Mar 2025 (11 mo. ago)At property local they always look after your property and give you the best advice on the advertising side. I went on holiday and gave them the keys to the property for them to let they kept me up todate of what was happening with it to letting it out by the time i was back. They did all the relevant checks on the tenant and got me good rent aswell. Can't knock them for the hard work they do. Keep up the hard work lads- This agent doesn't have any reviews
