28th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Both Caron at the office and Charlie (who showed us round the property) have been wonderful in their approach. Highlight all the positives about a property and the area but without being pushy - which has the exact opposite effect with me and makes me resist. Able to answer my queries regarding a leasehold and service charges (unlike another agent in the area who ignored all my e-mails). Exactly what you'd expect but very rarely get - a good estate agency.

The process can be gruelling and lengthy however Devon was always in touch and would get back to me regarding queries promptly. I feel he is a credit to your branch and I have been overall very pleased with how he dealt with our our purchase.

5th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)AWFUL SERVICE. NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Why anyone would list with this company is beyond me. They clearly dont act on behalf of their clients. I've called 20 times this week to arrange a viewing and never once answered.

17th Jun 2025 (9 mo. ago)I am a buyer. The lady on the phone Renaye is excellent and extremely helpful. Unfortunately the whole team are not exceptional as her. They do have the best commercials on the open market but customer service and communication can be improved a lot!

28th Mar 2025 (11 mo. ago)Worst agency ever… they agreed for a 2 deposit payment plus 1 month rent … plus I have paid £270 agency fee… they have ask me to proved all my personal information, the next couple of days they told me that they couldn't accept. Scammers !

I’m happy to say I sold my house within six weeks for a higher price than I originally advertised they couldn’t have done more they went above and beyond and special thanks to Emily you’re amazing.
