He took the time to explain everything in great detail, made the whole process easy to understand and gave us confidence from the very beginning.<br><br>Jess then looked after the sale of Lyon Street and was absolutely brilliant throughout. She was always friendly, helpful and happy to answer any questions — nothing was ever too much trouble.<br><br>Tia then looked after the purchase of Sumner Street and has been fantastic, particularly with all the chasing and back and forth towards the end. She kept us updated and did everything she could to keep things moving, even when I'm sure she was fed up of hearing from us!<br><br>Nathan also deserves a mention, as he was always happy to step in and help whenever Jess or Tia were busy. It really does feel like a team where everyone is willing to help.<br><br>And finally, they all deserve an extra star just for managing to stay so cheerful while listening to that constant beeping in there office all day ?????? Honestly, they deserve an award for putting up with that alone — absolute troopers!<br><br>A huge thank you to Reece, Jess, Tia and Nathan. You've all made what can be a very stressful process so much easier, and we genuinely couldn't have asked for a better team. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Your Move Shaw.
4th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)Would highly recommend Wild and Griffiths, a local company with local knowledge who know the importance of customer service offering a personal and professional service. The phone is always answered promptly, which seems a simple thing, but many bigger companies don't realise the importance of this. We had a particularly challenging sale, but John and his team went above and beyond to try to smooth out any issues and kept us informed very step of the way to a successful completion. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking to sell a property.

Branch manager Adam was a pleasure to deal with from the first time we met, through to the completion day and handing the keys over. He was ably supported by his colleague Jodie, who also was very attentive, responsive, and was pivotal in getting what turned out to be a more complex sale over the line. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bridgfords in Ashton Under Lyne for your property transaction, whether buying or selling.

My initial valuation with John was professional and informative, the team in the office were always friendly and incredibly helpful, and Michelle was fantastic during the final stages before completion, answering any queries promptly and making everything run smoothly.<br>They really made what can be a challenging and stressful process feel much easier. Having used different estate agents in the past, I can honestly recommend Kirkham with complete confidence and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.<br><br>Thank you to the whole team for such a great experience!

Great value for money versus others in the area. Hopefully the process to completion will be as efficient but mindful solicitors are involved and that WC . Dawson don’t have too much influence on the timeline of the sale itself.

The team are so experienced and so professional in all they do , I felt like I was part of their family , nothing was to much trouble for them , I would definitely recommend habitat to anyone who wants to rent or sell . Also, I went for this family run agent’s, so communication at each stage was more efficient and this proved to be the case with Laura and Joanne once Mark had completed his role in the process.

18th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)I was buying a property, but there was a problem with the burglar alarm. He said it would be fixed before completion. We had a couple of conversations on the subject. The sale went through, the alarm was untouched. I confronted him with it. He denied our conversations had ever taken place. Eventually he gave me a token amount of money from his fee that was nowhere near the cost - the whole alarm system had to be replaced. Estate agents often face criticism regarding their integrity, but I've never had one lie to my face before. It was a first.
10th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)We had a great experience with the Charles Louis team. From start to finish we had a good feeling for the company and we weren’t disappointed. Our sale didn’t go without its problems but Jamie, Zoe and Helen were always supportive and all correspondence was replied to immediately or at least asap.<br>The team are very grounded and professional and you have confidence that they’re doing all the necessary administrative and diplomatic work on your behalf in the background to get the sale through the line.<br>The very personable approach the whole team have is very comforting and it made you feel that they genuinely cared. We spoke and messaged Helen a lot !!!! She remained very patient and professional and knew she wanted the best outcome for us.<br>We would highly recommend them all in a heartbeat.

Her incredible support throughout our buying process was always proactive, warm, and exceptionally professional, expecially when my solicitors where not that informative regarding the current stage of the house journey.<br><br>Moving home can be stressful, but having Geraldine as our Move Manager made a world of difference. She kept us updated every step of the way, navigated potential hurdles with ease, and made sure everything moved forward smoothly. Her communication, reassurance, and dedication to getting the job done were truly top-tier even with her poor sore throt.<br><br>If you are working with Ryder & Dutton, you are in the best possible hands with Geraldine. See next para for our 2023 review, which still applies in full. ----- A pleasure to deal with this business. Oliver and all his staff are very efficient. We had a potentially difficult house to sell and were not on the open market. Kallista matched our house with a buyer and helped negotiate a price to suit both parties. She kept the deal on track and kept us informed almost daily. We also used Kirkham Legal Services, who were equally efficient. We are 77 and 75 and, over the years, have used several other local agents and solicitors. We have had poor service from most of them.
