3rd Mar 2025 (1 year ago)We recently sold our house and bought another, which was a journey in and of itself. The team at Logic Waterloo (especially Ben, who was a legend) was instrumental for its success! The professionalism displayed throughout the ups and downs of the process was high indeed, and I would recommend them to family and friends. The legal team from Valentine Duggins was awfully incompetent (that will be a separate review) yet Logic would chase them up and they took it all in their stride! They are a lovely dedicated team, who look after you every step of the way. Thank you for helping us get our forever home. 5 stars are well deserved!
15th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)After our first meeting with the estate agents we felt very comfortable to place the sale of our property in their hands. We were pleased with the pictures taken of the house which promoted it to its best advantage. After approximately a month and several viewings we had a definite offer which we were very happy to accept.In all a totally good experience.
22nd Mar 2021 (4 years ago)This estate agent books viewings with potential clients, lets them book the day off work, then cancels the viewing at the last minute. Unprofessional timewasters.

26th Jun 2025 (8 mo. ago)The agent has letting on the website that are posted as available to when you enquire you are told they are taken. Its kinda misleading, its best to has a let agreed tag or on-offer tag to let others know not to have hopes of something that is no longer available on the market.

27th Sep 2025 (25 weeks ago)There were several issues. Initially we decided to have accompanied viewing. Our first 2 viewings were only 15 minutes apart which resulted in both sets of viewers here together! We cancelled accompanied viewings but on 2 further occasions viewers told us that their viewings had been put forward at least a week due to "shortage of staff". On the last viewing- just before our contract finished- we had a call from FH asking if we still required accompanied viewing-a matter we had cancelled 5 months before! When the viewers arrived they told us they had tried to view about 3 weeks earlier but were told no-one was available!

Firstly the way that Charlotte dealt with our negotiations over the purchase were 1st rate and Katy for helping keep our spirits up when manoeuvring through the constantly changing housing market after 2 failed sales. Would highly recommend Nicholls and Barnes. Thanks again

They were always at the end of a phone, they constantly pushed the property, even in the difficult weeks when things were slow, they never gave up. Even after we received and accepted an offer, they were always there to keep things on track and sort out any issues with solicitors etc. Great service and great value for money.

These guys will tell you everything you want to here to get the keys in your hands, once they are, they no doubt start laughing, everything we where told about the property we've taken and the landlord is an absolute farce, I've had 17 landlords in my life, this current one is by far the worst, and the property the 2nd worst, although at least in the worst one I could reach the property manager to get work done and have no issues paying rent, everything with the current landlord is an impossibility, and W&E reckon she's and I quote 'very friendly and always willing to help, she'll always respond', they must know a different landlord, because they sure as hell aren't talking about this one.

6th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)Rosie Marlow is everything you should expect from an estate agent ,sadly experience has been very poor. Rosie is very proactive ,knowledgeable,enthusiastic and has made the process of selling our apartment relatively stress free upto now.
