Rushed out for a viewing this morning, however no one was at the property. Called the estate agent and was told an email was sent to me cancelling the appointment. Having checked my emails and spam folder, no email was sent at all. After the response, no cancellation email was ever received, as stated, and a member of staff called me on the Thursday or Friday regarding details of our situation regarding buying/selling.
