I was impressed with Lianne's honesty initially and she managed to find a cash buyer for our property quickly. At the time we instructed her/Woodhead And Co, she promised a £500 refund off her fee if I left a video review of her company. I agreed to this. The sale of our property completed and for that I am grateful to Lianne. It was not an easy property to sell. After completion and several requests to make said video review, at first this seemed like it would be accommodated but then the company went cold and didn't honour an arranged meeting to make the video and then ignored my subsequent enquiries as to what had happened. Therefore I can not leave the positive review I had intended to leave before this final treatment of a discarded client.... Read more
