We’ve been in 3 months now and unfortunately our oven broke. We honestly couldn’t have asked for anything better, the issue was resolved within 5 working days. He wears his heart on his sleeve and you won’t find anyone better to deal with. Absolute top quality service
15th Mar 2026 (3 days ago)Can't recommend enough! We sold our house with William H Brown at the start of 2026. It was exaclty four weeks from their initial viewing to completion, which is so impressive (we were very lucky with certain things but they certainly didn't waste any time). Every little bit of progress, they would let us know. They did all of the fiddly bits like sorting all of the documents we need and they had a good relationship with our solicitors, as well as our buyer. Literally so easy for us. Sam was super helpful and you can tell they all really cared about finding the best buyer for us. 12th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Awful, awful experience. Blundells ruined my house sale, lied about the details and refused to engage with my complaint. They cost me 10 weeks, thousands of pounds and don't seem to care. Unprofessional, misleading and accountability resistant.

Easy to speak with and very well explained the process start to finish, any queries were answered quickly and they made sure you understood everything. Could not recommend them any higher, will use in future if I ever need to!

3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Amazing experience - Amber from Paisley Properties Mapplewell was brilliant throughout. We moved to Australia half way through the move and left the formalities of the house sale with Amber. She kept us up to date and chased the solicitors (both ours and the buyers) when required. The service fee was a great value for money (compare to other estate agencies we've experienced lots of issues with) Thank you again for your help guys ??

10th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Initially we decided to use Leaders because of the enthusiasm of Lisa, who came out to do the appraisal. Once we had a buyer, the negotiation on price started. We advised Chloe of our minimum selling price, adding 'this is just between us'. Less than five minutes later, she came back to us, sounding pleased with herself and advising that the buyer would meet our minimum selling price. There didn't seem to have been much negotiation in those few short minutes. Maybe we should have made it clear that the minimum was just that; a minimum, not the price we wanted to sell at. Yvonne was our sales progressor and we were not impressed with her lack of contact. A couple of times we gave her information but got no reply to our emails. We were in contact with our solicitor regularly and Yvonne did chase information from the solicitor on one occasion that we had already been given by them. Overall, the sale went through very smoothly and quickly but we think that was more to do with our solicitor being very proactive and our contact and chasing of them. We have sold a number of properties over the years and Leaders sits somewhere in the middle of the agents we have used.
