Worst Experience I have ever had in London. After 3 months that the tenancy agreement ended. I am still waiting for a deposit of £3k to come back to me I rented a place with JC Living and the communication has been so unprofessional and disjointed. We instructed Perfect Pillars in April 2025. Sharon did an excellent job arranging viewers as she was very easy to deal with. In July ( approx) we secured a buyer. Jenny was very skilled in how she managed the long journey to conveyancing completion, despite issues with the buyers lender, Jenny demonstrated excellent customer service, keeping all parties informed until completion in late November 2025.
