Contacted them about renting out my 4 bed detached home at 9am (12th June).
Was advised that Debbie was on the phone and gave my contact details.
Debbie called me back at 3.40pm and I advised her I had found another agent.
So ask yourself this, if they take over 6hrs to respond to an intial enquiry, how will they do the rest of it...in their own sweet time no doubt?
The other agent not only called me back within 20 minutes but crucially also visited my home to assess the rental value within 3hrs...that's what I call good customer service ????
When I do come to sell my property in a few years I shall steer clear of A&F as clearly they aren't up to it.
WOW would you look at that, almost 2yrs for A&F to respond! I can see that ('King' as he's known in the town & by ex employees) Julian has his fingers on the pulse of things ????

Letting manager Zoe lacks experience and attention to detail.
During a short let from A and F, we had few interactions with them, however mistakes were made every time we did.
She put the WRONG ADDRESS on our contract.
She took £200 TOO MUCH for our deposit and failed to make us aware of some key information that she as a property manager should have been made aware of.
Other staff have been really good so it is a shame that her lack of knowledge lets the company down.
